The Sovereign Lord has given me a well- instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.

The Lord and King has taught me what to say. He has taught me how to help those who are tired. He wakes me up every morning. He makes me want to listen like a good student.

The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary. Morning by morning he awakens; he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught.

The Sovereign Lord has given me his words of wisdom, so that I know how to comfort the weary. Morning by morning he wakens me and opens my understanding to his will.

因為我必賜給你們口才、智慧，是你們所有的敵人不能抵抗，也不能駁倒的。

於是耶和華伸手按著我的口，對我說：“看哪！我把我的話放在你口中。

猶太人就希奇，說：“這個人沒有學過，怎會通曉經書呢？”耶穌說：“我的教訓不是我自己的，而是出於那差我來的。人若願意遵行神的旨意，就會知道這教訓是出於神，還是我憑著自己的意思說的。

耶和華對他說：“誰造人的口呢？誰使人口啞、耳聾、眼明、眼瞎呢？不是我耶和華嗎？現在去吧，我必賜你口才，指教你當說的。”

一句話說得合宜，就像金蘋果鑲在銀的器物上。

應對得當，自己也覺喜樂；合時的話，多麼美好！

天還未亮我就呼求救助，我所仰望的就是你的話。

眾人稱讚他，希奇他口中所出的恩言，並且說：“這不是約瑟的兒子嗎？”

求你使我清晨得聞你的慈愛，因為我倚靠你。求你指示我當走的路，因為我的心仰望你。

沒有人能夠回答他。從那天起，也沒有人敢再問他。

你們所有勞苦擔重擔的人哪，到我這裡來吧！我必使你們得安息。

他回到自己的家鄉，在會堂裡教導人，眾人都驚奇，說：“這個人的智慧和能力是從哪裡來的呢？

因為那至高無上、永遠存在、他名為聖的這樣說：“雖然我住在至高至聖的地方，卻與心靈痛悔和謙卑的人同在，要使謙卑人的靈甦醒，也使痛悔人的心甦醒。我必不永遠爭辯，也不長久發怒，因為這樣，人的靈，就是我所造的人，在我面前就要發昏。因他貪婪的罪孽，我發怒了；我擊打他，向他掩面，並且發怒，他仍然隨著自己的心意背道。他的道路，我看見了，我卻要醫治他，引導他，把安慰賞賜他和他的哀悼者。我創造嘴唇的果子：平安，平安，歸給遠處的人，也歸給近處的人。”耶和華說：“我要醫治他。”

耶和華啊！求你在清晨聽我的聲音；我要一早向你陳明，並且迫切等候。

你比世人都美好；你的嘴唇吐出恩言；因此，神賜福給你，直到永遠。

差役回答：“從來沒有人像他這樣講話的！”
