自我肇造上古之民以來、誰能如我宣布之、預言之、陳述之、至於未來之事、必成之事、任其指示之、

越在疇昔、我立斯民、未來之事、我皆預言、莫不徵應、孰能與我比儗哉、如有其人、使試言未來事、以為徵據。

孰能如我宣示將來之事、孰能述我自元始為萬民所定之事、陳於我前、或以未來事、後必成之事、預言之、

Who then is like me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and lay out before me what has happened since I established my ancient people, and what is yet to come— yes, let them foretell what will come.

Who is like me? Let him come forward and speak boldly. Let him tell me everything that has happened since I created my people long ago. And let him tell me what has not happened yet. Let him announce ahead of time what is going to take place.

谁从起初讲说这事，使我们知道呢？谁从先前说明，以致我们说“他没有错”呢？谁也没有说明，谁也没有宣告，谁也没有听见你们的话！

让它们前来告诉我们将要发生的事。以前的是什么事，让它们告诉我们，好叫我们用心思想，得知事情的结局。或者向我们宣告那要来的事。

你们当记念上古以前的事，因为我是神，再没有别的神；我是神，没有神像我。我从起初就宣告末后的事，从古时就述说还未作成的事，说：‘我的计划必定成功，我所喜悦的，我都必作成。’

你们述说吧！提出理由吧！让他们彼此商议吧！谁从古时使人听见这事呢？谁从上古把这事述说出来呢？不是我耶和华吗？除了我以外，再没有神，我是公义的神，又是拯救者；除了我以外，并没有别的神。

主说：“先前的事，我从古时就预言过了，已经从我的口里说出来了，又说给人听了；我忽然行事，事情就都成就了。因为我知道你是顽固的，你的颈项是铁的，你的额是铜的，所以我从古时就告诉了你；在事情还没有发生以前，我就说给你听了，免得你说：‘这些事是我的偶像所作的，是我的雕像和铸像所命定的。’你已经听见了，现在要注意这一切事。难道你不述说吗？从今以后，我要把新的事，就是你不知道的隐秘的事，告诉你。这些事是现在才造成的，并不是从古时就有的；在今天以前，你还未曾听见过，免得你说：‘看哪！这些事我早已知道了。’你从来没有听过，也不知道；你的耳朵从来未曾开通。我原知道你行事非常诡诈；你自出母胎以来，就被称为叛徒。

我要与你，和你世世代代的后裔，坚立我的约，成为永远的约，使我作你和你的后裔的神。我要把你现在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，赐给你和你的后裔，作永远的产业，我也要作他们的神。”

列国都聚集在一起，万族都集合起来，他们中间谁能说明这事呢？谁能把先前的事说给我们听呢？让他们带出自己的见证人来，好显明自己为义；让别人听见了，就说：“这是真的。”

至高者把地业赐给列国的时候，把人类分开的时候，就照着以色列子孙的数目，立定了万民的境界。

谁定这事并且作成？谁从起初预定万代呢？就是我耶和华，我是首先的，与最后的人同在的，也是我。

他从一个本源造出了万族来，使他们住在整个大地上，并且定了他们的期限和居住的疆界，

我曾预告，我曾拯救，我曾说给你们听，在你们中间没有别的神。”耶和华说：“你们是我的见证人，我就是神。
