One shall say, I[ am] the LORD’S; and another shall call[ himself] by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe[ with] his hand unto the LORD, and surname[ himself] by the name of Israel.

將有人曰、我屬耶和華、有以雅各之名自稱、有手書歸耶和華、自稱為以色列、○

有曰、我崇事耶和華、有曰、我屬雅各家、有曰、我為耶和華僕、黥手為證、有曰、我為以色列族赤子、稱名為據。

有人曰、我屬主、有人自稱為雅各族、有人自稱為雅各族或作有人稱譽雅各族之名有人以手書已歸主、願稱為以色列人、

Some will say,‘ I belong to the Lord’; others will call themselves by the name of Jacob; still others will write on their hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and will take the name Israel.

Some will say,‘ We belong to the Lord.’ Others will call themselves by Jacob’s name. Still others will write on their hands,‘ We belong to the Lord.’ And they will be called by the name of Israel.

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s,’ another will call on the name of Jacob, and another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

Some will proudly claim,‘ I belong to the Lord.’ Others will say,‘ I am a descendant of Jacob.’ Some will write the Lord’s name on their hands and will take the name of Israel as their own.”

This one will say,‘ I am the LORD’s’; another will use the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ and take on the name of Israel.”

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; And that one will call on the name of Jacob; And another will write on his hand,‘ Belonging to the Lord,’ And will give himself Israel’s name with honor.

One will say,‘ I am the LORD’s’; Another will call himself by the name of Jacob; Another will write with his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ And name himself by the name of Israel.

One shall say, I am Jehovah’s; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto Jehovah, and surname himself by the name of Israel.

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; another will call himself by the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

One will say,‘ I belong to the LORD,’ and another will use the name‘ Jacob.’ One will write on his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ and use the name‘ Israel.’”

One will say,‘ I am Yahweh’s;’ and another will be called by the name of Jacob; and another will write with his hand‘ to Yahweh,’ and honor the name of Israel.”

And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces thitherward,[ saying], Come, and let us join ourselves to the LORD in a perpetual covenant[ that] shall not be forgotten.

And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD’S law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It[ is] my people: and they shall say, The LORD[ is] my God.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts;[ It shall] yet[ come to pass], that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:And the inhabitants of one[ city] shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days[ it shall come to pass], that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard[ that] God[ is] with you.

And[ this they did], not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God.

But ye[ are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

And because of all this we make a sure[ covenant], and write[ it]; and our princes, Levites,[ and] priests, seal[ unto it].Now those that sealed[ were], Nehemiah, the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,Pashur, Amariah, Malchijah,Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these[ were] the priests.And the Levites: both Jeshua the son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel;And their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodijah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,Micha, Rehob, Hashabiah,Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,Hodijah, Bani, Beninu.The chief of the people; Parosh, Pahathmoab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani,Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin,Ater, Hizkijah, Azzur,Hodijah, Hashum, Bezai,Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,Meshezabeel, Zadok, Jaddua,Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub,Hallohesh, Pileha, Shobek,Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,And Ahijah, Hanan, Anan,Malluch, Harim, Baanah.And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding;They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God’s law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;

Thou hast avouched the LORD this day to be thy God, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and to hearken unto his voice:And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that[ thou] shouldest keep all his commandments;And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the LORD thy God, as he hath spoken.

And as many as walk according to this rule, peace[ be] on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

O LORD, truly I[ am] thy servant; I[ am] thy servant,[ and] the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.
