Therefore glorify Yahweh in the east, even the name of Yahweh, the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea!From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs. Glory to the righteous! They sang a new song, saying,“ You are worthy to take the book and to open its seals: for you were killed, and bought us for God with your blood out of every tribe, language, people, and nation,and made us kings and priests to our God, and we will reign on the earth.”

Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples.For Yahweh is great, and greatly to be praised! He is to be feared above all gods.For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but Yahweh made the heavens.Honor and majesty are before him. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.Ascribe to Yahweh, you families of nations, ascribe to Yahweh glory and strength.Ascribe to Yahweh the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come into his courts.Worship Yahweh in holy array. Tremble before him, all the earth.Say among the nations,“ Yahweh reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.

“ For I know their works and their thoughts. The time comes that I will gather all nations and languages, and they will come, and will see my glory.“ I will set a sign among them, and I will send those who escape of them to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to far- away islands, who have not heard my fame, nor have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the nations.
