诸天宣告神的公义，因为神才是审判者。细拉

“你们这些叛逆的人哪，当记念这事，心志坚定，留心反思！

我亲手奠定了大地的根基，我的右手展开了诸天；我一召唤它们，它们就一同立起。

其实神并不是没有为自己留下证据，因为他常行美善：从天上赐给你们雨水和丰收的季节，使你们食物充足，满心喜乐。”

实际上，有关神的事，人所能知道的，在他们里面是清清楚楚的，因为神已经向他们显明了。原来，自从创世以来，神那不可见的本性，就是他永恒的大能和神性，都藉着所造之物，被人明白、被人看见，以致使人无法推诿。所以人是已经知道神的，但是却不把他当做神来荣耀他，也不感谢他；相反，他们在思想上变得虚妄，他们无知的心就昏暗了。

那些造它们的、所有依靠它们的，都会像它们那样。

既然人不愿意真正认识神，神就任凭他们存败坏的理性，去做那些不该做的事。

竟忘记了那造你的耶和华，就是展开诸天、奠定大地根基的那一位；竟终日不断地惧怕，就是惧怕压迫者预备行毁灭时的怒火！其实那压迫者的怒火在哪里呢？

枝条枯干时，必被折断，妇女要来，拿去烧火。因为这百姓愚昧，所以造他们的必不怜悯他们，塑造他们的必不恩待他们。

他们追求的只是灰烬；他们的心受了迷惑，使他们偏离正道；他们不能救自己，也不会说：“我右手中的，难道不是虚谎之物吗？”

这样说来，犹太人有什么优越呢？割礼有什么益处呢？在各方面都有很多。首要的，是神的话语确实委托给他们了。

诸天述说神的荣耀，穹苍宣告他手的作为。这日到那日涌出言语，这夜到那夜陈述知识。无言无语，无声无息。但它们的声音传遍全地，它们的言语传到地极。神在它们中间为太阳安设帐篷，太阳如同新郎出洞房，又如勇士欢然奔路。
