‘ You can be sure the time will come when everything in your palace will be carried off to Babylon. Everything the kings before you have stored up until this day will be taken away. There will not be anything left,’ says the Lord.

日子必到，凡你家里所有的，并你列祖积蓄到如今的，都要被掳到巴比伦去，不留下一样；这是耶和华说的。

耶和华说：‘看哪，日子将到，凡你家里所有的，并你祖先积蓄到如今的一切，都要被掳到巴比伦去，不留下一样；

耶和华说：‘看哪，日子将到，凡你家里所有的，并你祖先积蓄到如今的一切，都要被掳到巴比伦去，不留下一样；

‘终有一天，你王宫中的一切和你祖先积攒到现在的一切，必一件不留地被掳到巴比伦。这是耶和华说的。

看哪！日子必到，你家中所有的，以及你列祖所积蓄到今日的，都要被带到巴比伦去，一样也不留，这是耶和华说的。

‘看哪！日子将要来到，你家中的一切，以及你祖先所积蓄到今日的一切，都要被掳到巴比伦去，一样也不留。’耶和华还说：

看吧，日子必到，凡你家中所有的、和你列祖所積聚到今日的、必都被帶到巴比倫去、不留下一樣：這是永恆主說的。

『看哪！日子將要來到，你家中的一切，以及你祖先所積蓄到今日的一切，都要被擄到巴比倫去，一樣也不留。』耶和華還說：

其日將至、爾室中所有者、與爾列祖至今所積者、必遷至巴比倫、不遺一物、耶和華言之矣、

爾之子孫、為人所擄、在巴比倫王宮為宦豎。

The time will surely come when everything in your palace, and all that your predecessors have stored up until this day, will be carried off to Babylon. Nothing will be left, says the Lord.

‘ The time is coming when everything in your palace— all the treasures stored up by your ancestors until now— will be carried off to Babylon. Nothing will be left,’ says the Lord.

‘ Look, the days are coming when everything in your palace and all that your predecessors have stored up until today will be carried off to Babylon; nothing will be left,’ says the LORD.

‘ Behold, the days are coming when everything that is in your house, and what your fathers have stored up to this day, will be carried to Babylon; nothing will be left,’ says the Lord.

‘ Behold, the days are coming when all that is in your house, and what your fathers have accumulated until this day, shall be carried to Babylon; nothing shall be left,’ says the Lord.

Behold, the days are coming, when all that is in thy house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith Jehovah.

‘ Look, a time is coming when everything in your palace and the things your ancestors have accumulated to this day will be carried away to Babylon; nothing will be left,’ says the LORD.

The Babylonian army destroyed the Lord’ s temple. They broke the bronze pillars into pieces. They broke up the bronze stands that could be moved around. And they broke up the huge bronze bowl. Then they carried the bronze away to Babylon.They also took away the pots, shovels, wick cutters and dishes. They took away all the bronze objects used for any purpose in the temple.The commander of the royal guard took away the shallow cups for burning incense. He took away the sprinkling bowls. So he took away everything made out of pure gold or silver.

Nebuchadnezzar removed the treasures from the Lord’ s temple. He also removed the treasures from the royal palace. He cut up the gold objects that Solomon, the king of Israel, had made for the temple. That’s what the Lord had announced would happen.

I will hand over all the wealth of this city to Judah’s enemies. I will give them all its products and everything of value. I will turn over to them all the treasures that belonged to the kings of Judah. They will take these things and carry them off to Babylon.

Nebuchadnezzar carried off to Babylon all the objects from God’s temple. Some of those things were large. Others were small. He carried off the treasures of the temple. He also carried off the treasures that belonged to the king and his officials.

‘ You can be sure the time will come when everything in your palace will be carried off to Babylon. Everything the kings before you have stored up until this day will be taken away. There will not be anything left,’ says the Lord.‘ Some of the members of your family line will be taken away. They will be your own flesh and blood. They will include the children who will be born into your family line in years to come. And they will serve the king of Babylon in his palace.’ ”“ The message the Lord has spoken through you is good,” Hezekiah replied. He thought,“ There will be peace and safety while I’m still living.”

In the spring, King Nebuchadnezzar sent for him. He brought him to Babylon. He also brought things of value from the Lord’ s temple. He made Zedekiah king over Judah and Jerusalem. Zedekiah was Jehoiachin’s uncle.

The Lord handed Jehoiakim, the king of Judah, over to him. Nebuchadnezzar also took some of the objects from God’s temple. He carried them off to the temple of his god in Babylon. He put them among the treasures of his god.

I am the Lord who rules over all. I am the God of Israel. Here is what will happen to the things that are left in my house, the king’s palace and Jerusalem.They will be taken to Babylon. They will remain there until the day I come for them,’ announces the Lord.‘ Then I will bring them back. I will return them to this place.’ ”
