其人必居崇高、磐石之固、為其保障、其糧不絕、其水不乏、○

彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

these are the ones who will dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress. Food will be supplied to them, and they will have water in abundance.

你们不要求吃什么，喝什么，也不要挂虑。这都是世上的外邦人所求的；你们需要这些东西，你们的父都知道。你们只要求他的国，这些东西就必加给你们了。

我的百姓要住在平安的居所，安稳的住处，宁静的安歇之地。

少壮狮子尚且缺食忍饿，但寻求耶和华的什么好处都不缺。

惟听从我的，必安然居住，得享宁静，不怕灾祸。”

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

他赐粮食给敬畏他的人，他必永远记念他的约。

他使我的脚快如母鹿，使我站稳在高处。

耶和华啊，谁能寄居你的帐幕？谁能居住你的圣山？

耶和华的名是坚固台，义人奔入就得安稳。

你当倚靠耶和华而行善，安居地上，以他的信实为粮；

“因为他专心爱我，我要搭救他；因为他认识我的名，我要把他安置在高处。

住在至高者隐密处的，必住在全能者的荫下。我要向耶和华说：“我的避难所、我的山寨、我的神，你是我所倚靠的。”他必救你脱离捕鸟者的罗网和毁灭人的瘟疫。他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他翅膀底下，他的信实是大小的盾牌。你必不怕黑夜的惊骇，或是白日飞的箭，也不怕黑夜流行的瘟疫，或是午间灭人的灾害。虽有千人仆倒在你旁边，万人仆倒在你右边，这灾却不得临近你。你惟亲眼观看，见恶人遭报。因为耶和华是我的避难所，你以至高者为居所，祸患必不临到你，灾害也不挨近你的帐棚。

看哪，耶和华的眼目看顾敬畏他的人和仰望他慈爱的人，

主啊，你世世代代作我们的居所。

却将穷乏人安置在高处，脱离苦难，使他的家属多如羊群。

他们不饥不渴，炎热和烈日必不伤害他们；因为怜悯他们的必引导他们，领他们到水泉旁边。

当那日，在犹大地，人必唱这歌：“我们有坚固的城，耶和华赐救恩为城墙，为城郭。你们要敞开城门，使守信的公义之民得以进入。坚心倚赖你的，你必保守他十分平安，因为他倚靠你。你们当倚靠耶和华，直到永远，因为耶和华，耶和华是永远的磐石。他使居住高处的与高处的城市一同降为卑下，将城拆毁，夷为平地，化为尘土，

主耶和华是我的力量，他使我的脚快如母鹿，又使我稳行在高处。这歌交给圣咏团长，用丝弦的乐器。
