彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

these are the ones who will dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress. Food will be supplied to them, and they will have water in abundance.

你們不要追求吃什麼、喝什麼，也不要掛慮。因為這一切都是世界外邦人所尋求的，而你們的父已經知道你們需要這些了。「不過你們應當尋求神的國，這些都將加給你們了。

我的子民必住在平安的居所、安穩的住處、安逸的歇息之地。

少壯獅子也會疲乏、飢餓，但尋求耶和華的什麼福份都不缺。

但那聽從我的，將安然居住，得享安逸，不怕惡事。」

你是貧弱者的保障，是貧窮人在危難中的保障；是躲避暴雨的避難所，是遮擋炎熱的蔭庇；因為強橫者的鼻息好像暴雨擊打牆壁。

他賜糧食給敬畏他的人，永遠記念自己的約。

他使我的腳快如母鹿的腳，又使我穩立在高處。

耶和華啊，誰能居住在你的帳篷中呢？誰能安居在你的聖山上呢？

耶和華的名是堅固的塔樓，義人跑進去就安穩在高處。

你要依靠耶和華，要行善事，在地上安居，並要以信實為糧；

「因為他愛慕我，我就挽救他；因為他認識我的名，我就高舉他。

住在至高者隱祕處的，將安居在全能者的蔭庇下。我要對耶和華說：「我的避難所、我的要塞、我的神，我依靠你！」是的，他必解救你脫離捕鳥人的網羅，脫離致命的瘟疫；他必用自己的羽翼遮蔽你，你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的信實是盾牌和壁壘。你必不怕夜間的恐懼，或是白天飛來的箭；也不怕幽暗中流行的瘟疫，或是正午毀滅人的病毒。即使千人仆倒在你旁邊，萬人仆倒在你右邊，災禍也不會接近你。你只要用眼觀看，就會看到惡人的報應。因為你把耶和華——至高者、我的避難所——當作你的居所，惡事必不會發生在你身上，疾患也不會靠近你的帳篷；

看哪，耶和華的眼目看顧敬畏他、期盼他慈愛的人；

主啊，你世世代代是我們的居所！

但他把貧窮的人安置在高處，脫離苦難，使他們的家族多如羊群。

他們既不飢餓也不口渴，炎熱和太陽也不會傷害他們，因為那憐憫他們的必引領他們，帶領他們到水泉旁邊。

到那日，猶大地必有人唱這首歌：「我們有一座堅固的城，耶和華以救恩為城牆和壁壘。打開城門吧，讓持守信實的公義之民進來！那靠著你心意堅定的，你會守護他完全平安，因為他依靠你。你們當依靠耶和華，直到永遠，因為神耶和華是永恆的磐石！耶和華必使居高處的，就是居於高聳城中的人，降為卑屈，又使城落敗、一敗塗地、墜入塵土——
