彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

these are the ones who will dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress. Food will be supplied to them, and they will have water in abundance.

你们不要追求吃什么、喝什么，也不要挂虑。因为这一切都是世界外邦人所寻求的，而你们的父已经知道你们需要这些了。“不过你们应当寻求神的国，这些都将加给你们了。

我的子民必住在平安的居所、安稳的住处、安逸的歇息之地。

少壮狮子也会疲乏、饥饿，但寻求耶和华的什么福份都不缺。

但那听从我的，将安然居住，得享安逸，不怕恶事。”

你是贫弱者的保障，是贫穷人在危难中的保障；是躲避暴雨的避难所，是遮挡炎热的荫庇；因为强横者的鼻息好像暴雨击打墙壁。

他赐粮食给敬畏他的人，永远记念自己的约。

他使我的脚快如母鹿的脚，又使我稳立在高处。

耶和华啊，谁能居住在你的帐篷中呢？谁能安居在你的圣山上呢？

耶和华的名是坚固的塔楼，义人跑进去就安稳在高处。

你要依靠耶和华，要行善事，在地上安居，并要以信实为粮；

“因为他爱慕我，我就挽救他；因为他认识我的名，我就高举他。

住在至高者隐秘处的，将安居在全能者的荫庇下。我要对耶和华说：“我的避难所、我的要塞、我的神，我依靠你！”是的，他必解救你脱离捕鸟人的网罗，脱离致命的瘟疫；他必用自己的羽翼遮盖你，你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的信实是盾牌和壁垒。你必不怕夜间的恐惧，或是白天飞来的箭；也不怕幽暗中流行的瘟疫，或是正午毁灭人的病毒。即使千人仆倒在你旁边，万人仆倒在你右边，灾祸也不会接近你。你只要用眼观看，就会看到恶人的报应。因为你把耶和华——至高者、我的避难所——当作你的居所，恶事必不会发生在你身上，疾患也不会靠近你的帐篷；

看哪，耶和华的眼目看顾敬畏他、期盼他慈爱的人；

主啊，你世世代代是我们的居所！

但他把贫穷的人安置在高处，脱离苦难，使他们的家族多如羊群。

他们既不饥饿也不口渴，炎热和太阳也不会伤害他们，因为那怜悯他们的必引领他们，带领他们到水泉旁边。

到那日，犹大地必有人唱这首歌：“我们有一座坚固的城，耶和华以救恩为城墙和壁垒。打开城门吧，让持守信实的公义之民进来！那靠着你心意坚定的，你会守护他完全平安，因为他依靠你。你们当依靠耶和华，直到永远，因为神耶和华是永恒的磐石！耶和华必使居高处的，就是居于高耸城中的人，降为卑屈，又使城落败、一败涂地、坠入尘土——
