The Lord’s justice will dwell in the desert, his righteousness live in the fertile field.

In the desert, the Lord will make sure people do what is right. In the rich farm lands he will make sure they treat one another fairly.

Then justice will dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness abide in the fruitful field.

Justice will rule in the wilderness and righteousness in the fertile field.

Then justice will inhabit the wilderness, and righteousness will dwell in the orchard.

Then justice will dwell in the wilderness, And righteousness will remain in the fertile field.

Then justice will dwell in the wilderness, And righteousness remain in the fruitful field.

Then justice shall dwell in the wilderness; and righteousness shall abide in the fruitful field.

For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.It teaches us to say“ No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, (niv)

Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin.As a result, they do not live the rest of their earthly lives for evil human desires, but rather for the will of God.For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do— living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry.They are surprised that you do not join them in their reckless, wild living, and they heap abuse on you. he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the islands will put their hope.” (niv)

And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord to minister to him, to love the name of the Lord, and to be his servants, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to my covenant—these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.”The Sovereign Lord declares— he who gathers the exiles of Israel:“ I will gather still others to them besides those already gathered.” (niv)

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.Dear friends, I urge you, as foreigners and exiles, to abstain from sinful desires, which wage war against your soul.Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us. Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the Lord and to his blessings in the last days. (niv)

And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. The unclean will not journey on it; wicked fools will not go about on it. (niv)

Then all your people will be righteous and they will possess the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor. (niv)

For the Lord will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance.Judgment will again be founded on righteousness, and all the upright in heart will follow it. (niv)
