Your singing will be like that on the night of a holy festival, and your heart will rejoice like one who walks to the music of a flute, going up to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel.

And you will sing as on the night you celebrate a holy festival; your hearts will rejoice as when people playing pipes go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel.

You will sing as you do on the night you celebrate a holy feast. Your hearts will be filled with joy. You will be as joyful as people playing their flutes as they go up to the mountain of the Lord. He is the Rock of Israel.

You shall have a song as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart, as when one sets out to the sound of the flute to go to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel.

But the people of God will sing a song of joy, like the songs at the holy festivals. You will be filled with joy, as when a flutist leads a group of pilgrims to Jerusalem, the mountain of the Lord— to the Rock of Israel.

You will have a song, as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart, as when one goes with a flute to come to Yahweh’s mountain, to Israel’s Rock.

I remember this as I pour out my heart: how I walked with many, leading the festive procession to the house of God, with joyful and thankful shouts.

and many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us about His ways so that we may walk in His paths.” For instruction will go out of Zion and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

Trust in the Lord forever, because in Yah, the Lord, is an everlasting rock!

The Rock— His work is perfect; all His ways are entirely just. A faithful God, without prejudice, He is righteous and true.

Then all the men of Judah and Jerusalem turned back with Jehoshaphat their leader, returning joyfully to Jerusalem, for the Lord enabled them to rejoice over their enemies.So they came into Jerusalem to the Lord’s temple with harps, lyres, and trumpets.

For who is God besides Yahweh? And who is a rock? Only our God.

Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the Lord. They said: I will sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted; He has thrown the horse and its rider into the sea.The Lord is my strength and my song; He has become my salvation. They will be as still as a stone because of Your powerful arm until Your people pass by, Lord, until the people whom You purchased pass by.You will bring them in and plant them on the mountain of Your possession; Lord, You have prepared the place for Your dwelling; Lord, Your hands have established the sanctuary.The Lord will reign forever and ever!When Pharaoh’s horses with his chariots and horsemen went into the sea, the Lord brought the waters of the sea back over them. But the Israelites walked through the sea on dry ground.Then Miriam the prophetess, Aaron’s sister, took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women followed her with their tambourines and danced.Miriam sang to them: Sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted; He has thrown the horse and its rider into the sea.

Rejoice during your festival— you, your son and daughter, your male and female slave, as well as the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow within your gates.

This is what the Lord says:“ Go, buy a potter’s clay jar. Take some of the elders of the people and some of the leading priestsand go out to the Valley of Hinnom near the entrance of the Potsherd Gate. Proclaim there the words I speak to you.Say: Hear the word of the Lord, kings of Judah and residents of Jerusalem. This is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: I am going to bring such disaster on this place that everyone who hears about it will shudderbecause they have abandoned Me and made this a foreign place. They have burned incense in it to other gods that they, their fathers, and the kings of Judah have never known. They have filled this place with the blood of the innocent.They have built high places to Baal on which to burn their children in the fire as burnt offerings to Baal, something I have never commanded or mentioned; I never entertained the thought.“ Therefore, take note! The days are coming”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ when this place will no longer be called Topheth and the Valley of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter.I will spoil the plans of Judah and Jerusalem in this place. I will make them fall by the sword before their enemies, by the hand of those who want to take their life. I will provide their corpses as food for the birds of the sky and for the wild animals of the land.

It will be a Sabbath of complete rest for you, and you must practice self-denial. You are to observe your Sabbath from the evening of the ninth day of the month until the following evening.”

You are my hiding place; You protect me from trouble. You surround me with joyful shouts of deliverance. Selah

Praise Him with trumpet blast; praise Him with harp and lyre.Praise Him with tambourine and dance; praise Him with flute and strings.Praise Him with resounding cymbals; praise Him with clashing cymbals.

a sound of joy and gladness, the voice of the groom and the bride, and the voice of those saying, Praise the Lord of Hosts, for the Lord is good; His faithful love endures forever as they bring thank offerings to the temple of the Lord. For I will restore the fortunes of the land as in former times, says the Lord.

You must only sacrifice the Passover animal at the place where Yahweh your God chooses to have His name dwell. Do this in the evening as the sun sets at the same time of day you departed from Egypt.

Sing for joy to God our strength; shout in triumph to the God of Jacob.Lift up a song— play the tambourine, the melodious lyre, and the harp.Blow the horn on the day of our feasts during the new moon and during the full moon.For this is a statute for Israel, a judgment of the God of Jacob.

On that day you will say:“ I will praise You, Lord, although You were angry with me. Your anger has turned away, and You have had compassion on me.

At Abinadab’s house they set the ark of God on a new cart. Uzzah and Ahio were guiding the cart.David and all Israel were celebrating with all their might before God with songs and with lyres, harps, tambourines, cymbals, and trumpets.

On that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city. Salvation is established as walls and ramparts.

But their“ rock” is not like our Rock; even our enemies concede.

They sang the song of God’s servant Moses and the song of the Lamb: Great and awe-inspiring are Your works, Lord God, the Almighty; righteous and true are Your ways, King of the Nations.

Come, let us shout joyfully to the Lord, shout triumphantly to the rock of our salvation!Let us enter His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout triumphantly to Him in song.

After singing psalms, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
