Otherwise you too will be cut off.And even they, if they do not remain in unbelief, will be grafted in, because God has the power to graft them in again.For if you were cut off from your native wild olive and against nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these— the natural branches— be grafted into their own olive tree?So that you will not be conceited, brothers, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery: A partial hardening has come to Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in.And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written: The Liberator will come from Zion; He will turn away godlessness from Jacob.And this will be My covenant with them when I take away their sins.

“ Son of man, face the south and preach against it. Prophesy against the forest land in the Negev,and say to the forest there: Hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Lord God says: I am about to ignite a fire in you, and it will devour every green tree and every dry tree in you. The blazing flame will not be extinguished, and every face from the south to the north will be scorched by it.

In view of the fact that I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry,if I can somehow make my own people jealous and save some of them.For if their rejection brings reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?Now if the firstfruits offered up are holy, so is the whole batch. And if the root is holy, so are the branches.Now if some of the branches were broken off, and you, though a wild olive branch, were grafted in among them and have come to share in the rich root of the cultivated olive tree,

But many who are first will be last, and the last first.

For the Israelites must live many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred pillar, and without ephod or household idols.

Therefore, because of you, Zion will be plowed like a field, Jerusalem will become ruins, and the hill of the temple mount will be a thicket.

For yet in a very little while, the Coming One will come and not delay.

For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it testifies about the end and will not lie. Though it delays, wait for it, since it will certainly come and not be late.

He turns rivers into desert, springs of water into thirsty ground,

Your holy people had a possession for a little while, but our enemies have trampled down Your sanctuary.

For the former troubles will be forgotten and hidden from My sight.

I will make it a wasteland. It will not be pruned or weeded; thorns and briers will grow up. I will also give orders to the clouds that rain should not fall on it.

I will plant cedars in the desert, acacias, myrtles, and olive trees. I will put juniper trees in the desert, elms and cypress trees together,

Then the Lord said: Name him Not My People, for you are not My people, and I will not be your God.Yet the number of the Israelites will be like the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or counted. And in the place where they were told: You are not My people, they will be called: Sons of the living God.

He turns a desert into a pool of water, dry land into springs of water.

Instead of the thornbush, a cypress will come up, and instead of the brier, a myrtle will come up; it will make a name for Yahweh as an everlasting sign that will not be destroyed.
