因为当强暴人催逼人的时候，如同暴风直吹墙壁，你就作贫穷人的保障，作困乏人急难中的保障，作躲暴风之处，作避炎热的阴凉。

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

你是贫穷人的避难所，是困苦之人患难中的避难所，你是避风港，是酷暑中的阴凉处。残暴之徒的气息好像吹袭墙垣的暴风，

你作了困乏人的保障、贫穷人急难中的保障、躲暴风雨的避难所、避炎热的阴凉处；因为强暴者所吹的气，如同直吹墙壁的暴风。

因為當強暴人催逼人的時候，如同暴風直吹牆壁，你就作貧窮人的保障，作困乏人急難中的保障，作躲暴風之處，作避炎熱的陰涼。

因為你是貧寒人的保障，貧窮人急難中的保障，暴風雨之避難所，炎熱地之陰涼處。當殘暴者盛氣凌人的時候，如暴風直吹牆壁，

你是貧窮人的避難所，是困苦之人患難中的避難所，你是避風港，是酷暑中的陰涼處。殘暴之徒的氣息好像吹襲牆垣的暴風，

你作了困乏人的保障、貧窮人急難中的保障、躲暴風雨的避難所、避炎熱的陰涼處；因為強暴者所吹的氣，如同直吹牆壁的暴風。

因為你作了貧寒人的保障，窮苦人急難中的保障，可躲暴風雨的避難處，可避炎熱的陰涼地：因為強橫人噓的氣、好像冬天的暴風雨，

你是貧弱者的保障，是貧窮人在危難中的保障；是躲避暴雨的避難所，是遮擋炎熱的蔭庇；因為強橫者的鼻息好像暴雨擊打牆壁。

在強者肆行殘暴、如狂風衝突牆垣之時、爾為貧窮者之堅城、困乏者難中之保障、狂風中為避所、炎熱時為蔭庇、

強暴之人、若風撼墻、窮民遭難、爾扞衛之、颶風狂飆、爾扶翼之、烈日炎熇、爾庇蔭之、

卑弱者、貧窮者、遭遇患難、主為保障、護祐之脫離暴雨、庇蔭之免受炎熱、蓋強暴之人、勢如暴雨沖塌墻垣、

You have been a refuge for the poor, a refuge for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat. For the breath of the ruthless is like a storm driving against a wall

Poor people have come to you for safety. You have kept needy people safe when they were in trouble. You have been a place to hide when storms came. You have been a shade from the heat of the sun. Evil people attack us. They are like a storm beating against a wall.

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,

But you are a tower of refuge to the poor, O Lord, a tower of refuge to the needy in distress. You are a refuge from the storm and a shelter from the heat. For the oppressive acts of ruthless people are like a storm beating against a wall,

For you have been a stronghold for the poor person, a stronghold for the needy in his distress, a refuge from storms and a shade from heat. When the breath of the violent is like a storm against a wall,

For You have been a stronghold for the helpless, A stronghold for the poor in his distress, A refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; For the breath of the ruthless Is like a rain storm against a wall.

For You have been a strength to the poor, A strength to the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, A shade from the heat; For the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For You have been a stronghold for the poor, a stronghold for the needy person in his distress, a refuge from the rain, a shade from the heat. When the breath of the violent is like rain against a wall,

For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones[ is] as a storm[ against] the wall.

For you are a protector for the poor, a protector for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the rainstorm, a shade from the heat. Though the breath of tyrants is like a winter rainstorm,

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

个个都像避风所和避暴雨的隐秘处，又像荒漠中的溪水，像干旱之地大磐石的荫庇。

大雨降下，急流冲来，狂风刮起，撞击那房子，房子却没有倒塌，因为它在磐石上立定根基。可是，凡是听了我这些话而不实行的人，就好比一个愚拙的人把自己的房子建在沙滩上。大雨降下，急流冲来，狂风刮起，撞击那房子，房子就倒塌了，并且倒塌得非常厉害。”

然而耶和华如此说：“就算是勇士的俘虏，也必被夺回；强横者的掳物，也必被救出。与你争斗的，我必亲自与他争斗；至于你的儿女，我必亲自拯救。

我亲爱的弟兄们，请听！神难道不是拣选了世上的那些贫穷人，使他们在信仰上富有，并且做他国度的继承人吗？这国度是他应许给爱他之人的。

应当怎样回答外邦的使者们呢？当说：“耶和华已奠立了锡安，他子民中的困苦人必投靠其中。”

耶和华宣告：“这一切是我手所造的，这一切就因此存在了。我要看顾这样的人，就是谦卑、灵里痛悔、因我的话语而战兢的人。

但他把贫穷的人安置在高处，脱离苦难，使他们的家族多如羊群。

那时，耶和华必在锡安全山和会众之上，创造白天的云彩，创造夜间的浓烟和火焰的光；因为在一切荣耀之上必有遮盖：躲避白天炎热的遮荫棚，躲避狂风暴雨的避难所和藏身处。

或者，让他们抓紧我的保障，与我和好，与我和好吧！

然而，你成群的外敌必变得像细小的灰尘，那些成群的强横者必像被吹散的糠秕。

卑微人将因耶和华乐上加乐，世人中的贫穷人将因以色列的圣者而快乐；

我的子民必住在平安的居所、安稳的住处、安逸的歇息之地。尽管冰雹降下击倒森林、城邑彻底败落，

我全身的骨头都要说：“耶和华啊，谁能像你呢？你解救困苦人脱离那些比他强大的；解救困苦人和贫穷人脱离那些抢夺他的。”

他顾惜贫弱者和穷人，拯救穷人的性命；

我紧紧守着你的法度，耶和华啊，求你不要让我蒙羞！

他必以公义审断贫弱者，以正直裁决世上的卑微人；以口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀死恶人。

于是耶和华的使者出去，在亚述的营中击杀了十八万五千人；清早人们起来，看哪，所见的都是死尸！

因为你忘记了那拯救你的神，不记念你避难的磐石。因此，你虽栽上佳美的秧子，种上外族的葡萄枝，

耶和华说：“因为困苦人所受的迫害和贫穷人的呻吟，我现在要挺身而起，把他们安置在他们渴望的稳妥之地。”

耶和华啊，求你恩待我们，我们等候你；求你每天清晨作我们的膀臂，在我们患难时作我们的拯救！

愿他为子民中的困苦人施行审判，拯救贫穷人的儿女，压碎那欺压者。

这人必居于高处，他的庇护所是坚固的磐石；他的粮必被供应，他的水必不断绝。

他们对他说：“希西加如此说：‘今天是一个患难、责罚、耻辱的日子；因为婴孩已经临盆，我们却没有力气生下来。将军的主人亚述王派他来辱骂永生的神，或许耶和华你的神听见了他的话，就会斥责所听见的那些话。因此，求你为幸存的余剩之民献上祷告。’”
