At this my body is racked with pain, pangs seize me, like those of a woman in labor; I am staggered by what I hear, I am bewildered by what I see.

现在你为什么大声呼喊？难道你们中间没有君王吗？或是你的谋士灭亡了，以致疼痛抓紧你，好像临产的妇人呢？锡安的女子啊！你要疼痛劬劳，好像临产的妇人；因为现在你要从城里出来，住在田野，一定要到巴比伦去；在那里你要蒙拯救，在那里耶和华必救赎你，脱离仇敌的掌握。

因此，我的心肠为摩押哀鸣，有如琴瑟；我的肺腑也为吉珥．哈列设哀哭。

因你心里的惧怕惊恐和你眼中看见的景象，早晨你必说：‘但愿现在是晚上！’晚上你必说：‘但愿现在是早晨！’

因此，我要为西比玛的葡萄树哀哭，像雅谢人的哀哭一样。希实本和以利亚利啊！我要用眼泪浸透你；因为有吶喊的声音临到你夏天的果子和你收割的庄稼。
