『人子啊，主永恆主這麼說：你要對各種羽族的鳥、對田野的各走獸、說：「你們集合來吧！要從四圍聚集來赴我的祭筵，我為你們宰備的大祭筵，擺在以色列眾山上，你們好喫肉喝血。你們可以喫勇士的肉，喝地上首領的血；就如喫公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛的肉；都是巴珊的肥畜。從我的祭筵、我為你們宰備的祭筵、你們可以喫脂肪喫到飽飫，喝血喝到醉。你們可以在我席上喫馬匹和拉戰車的獸、喫勇士和一切戰士的肉，喫到飽飫；這是主永恆主發神諭說的。

我必將你丟在地上，將你拋擲在田野上，使空中的飛鳥都棲息在你身上，使遍地的野獸都喫你到飽飫。我必將你的肉撒在山間，將你高堆的屍體填滿着平谷。我必用你迸流的血澆灌這地，直漫到山上，以致一切水溝都給你充滿了。

惟獨你被拋棄，不得進你的墳墓，好像可厭的屍身，發出被刀刺死者的臭味，墜落到陰坑的根基，如同屍身被踐踏。

我看見有一位天使站在日頭中、向天頂點上一切飛着的鳥大聲喊着說：『你們來，聚集來赴上帝的大筵席，好喫君王的肉、千夫長的肉、壯士的肉、馬和騎馬者的肉、自主的為奴的、小的大的、眾人的肉。』

列國啊，近前來聽吧！萬國之民哪，留心聽吧！地和地所充滿的都要聽；世界和世界所出的都要注意聽。因為永恆主震怒列國，他向他們的全軍發烈怒，命定他們都受毁滅歸神，把他們交出、去受屠殺。他們被刺死的人必被拋棄；他們的屍身、臭氣上騰；眾山都溶化於他們的血中。天上的萬象都必腐壞；天必被捲起、好像書卷；它的萬象必殘敗，像葡萄樹葉之殘敗，像無花果樹葉之凋殘。因為我的刀已喝足於天上了；看吧，這刀就要下到以東身上、到我所命定毁滅歸神的族民上，以施判罰了。永恆主有刀，漬滿了血，由脂肪而肥潤的，由小綿羊和公山羊的血，公綿羊腰子的脂肪而滋肥的因為永恆主在波斯拉有宰祭的事，在以東地有大屠殺。野牛和牠們一同下屠場，公牛同大力牛也下去。他們的地喝足了血，他們的塵土由脂肪而肥潤。

田野上的眾獸啊，來吞喫吧！樹林中的百獸啊，來撕裂哦！

永恆主發神諭說：『我派了四種類來罰他們：刀劍來殺戮，狗來拖拉，空中的飛鳥和地上的野獸來吞喫來毁滅。
