唉！万民闹哄，好像海浪澎湃，列邦喧闹，如同洪水滔滔，

唉！万民闹哄，好像海浪澎湃，列邦喧闹，如同洪水滔滔，

看啊，列国喧嚣，如怒海汹涌；万民骚动，如洪水滔滔。

唉！许多民族在喧哗，他们喧嚷好像海浪澎湃；列国在咆哮，他们吼叫，好像洪水奔流。

啊！万民的咆哮，他们咆哮好像海洋的咆哮！万族的喧嚷，他们喧嚷好像洪水的喧嚷！

啊，許多外族之民的喧嘩！他們喧嘩，正如諸水之喧嘩；啊，外國之民的怒號！他們的怒號，就像眾水之怒號。

啊！萬民的咆哮，他們咆哮好像海洋的咆哮！萬族的喧嚷，他們喧嚷好像洪水的喧嚷！

噫、眾民喧譁、若海濤之漰渤、列邦衝突、若大水之奔騰、

我聞異邦之眾、譁然若海濤漰渤、威聲遠振、惟上帝咤叱之、使彼逃遁、猶之秕糠、為颶風所飄揚、猶之草芥、為狂飆所吹散、

Woe to the many nations that rage— they rage like the raging sea! Woe to the peoples who roar— they roar like the roaring of great waters!

How terrible it will be for the nations that attack us! The noise of their armies is like the sound of the ocean. How terrible it will be for the nations who fight against us! They are as loud as huge waves crashing on the shore.

Ah, the thunder of many peoples; they thunder like the thundering of the sea! Ah, the roar of nations; they roar like the roaring of mighty waters!

Listen! The armies of many nations roar like the roaring of the sea. Hear the thunder of the mighty forces as they rush forward like thundering waves.

Ah! The roar of many peoples— they roar like the roaring of the seas. The raging of the nations— they rage like the rumble of rushing water.

Oh, the uproar of many peoples Who roar like the roaring of the seas, And the rumbling of nations Who rush on like the rumbling of mighty waters!

Woe to the multitude of many people Who make a noise like the roar of the seas, And to the rushing of nations That make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

Ah, the uproar of many peoples, that roar like the roaring of the seas; and the rushing of nations, that rush like the rushing of mighty waters!

The many nations massing together are as good as dead, those who make a commotion as loud as the roaring of the sea’s waves. The people making such an uproar are as good as dead, those who make an uproar as loud as the roaring of powerful waves.

Ah, the uproar of many peoples, who roar like the roaring of the seas; and the rushing of nations, that rush like the rushing of mighty waters!

死亡之苦難、如繩索纏繞我、匪類如波濤驚駭我、

日月星辰、必有異兆、地上諸國、困苦顛沛、海波澎湃、

執弓執戟、殘忍不慈、聲若海濤、郇邑邑原文作女歟、彼俱乘馬、合若一人、列陣攻爾、

以色列天主之榮光、自東而至、聲若大水澎湃、地被榮光朗照、

執七盂之天使、其一來曰、爾來前、我以坐諸水上之大淫婦將受之刑示爾、

必樹旗召遠方之族、呼之自地極而來、彼必疾行、迅速而至、其中無人困乏顛蹶、不寢不寐、腰帶不解、屨帶不斷、箭悉磨礪、弓盡開張、馬蹏堅如火石、車輪疾如旋風、狂吼如牝獅、咆哮如壯獅、咆哮攫物、曳之而去、莫能救援、當斯日、敵軍向民而呼、勢如海濤澎湃、民若望地、盡幽暗艱難、光明蔽於密雲而晦冥、

天主護庇我儕、賜力於我儕、當患難時、極顯救濟、所以地雖震陷、山雖崩倒海中、我儕亦無恐懼、任憑海波澎湃翻騰、任憑山岳因海濤洶湧而搖撼、細拉、

主歟、江湖發聲、江湖興波作浪、主在高天顯威、勝於波濤之聲、勝於滄海之洪波巨浪、

主之聲發在水上、有榮耀之主行雷、主在大水之上、

故主必使亞述王率軍旅來攻之、勢如大河之水、狂流洶湧、漲溢出川、氾濫逾岸、流入猶大、氾濫漲溢、深及於項、以瑪內利乎、其其即亞述王羽翼必充於四境、遍爾國中、○
