Let the Moabite fugitives stay with you; be their shelter from the destroyer.” The oppressor will come to an end, and destruction will cease; the aggressor will vanish from the land.

Let mine outcasts dwell with thee; as for Moab, be thou a covert to him from the face of the destroyer. For the extortioner is brought to nought, destruction ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.

Let my refugees stay with you; be a refuge for Moab from the aggressor. When the oppressor has gone, destruction has ended, and marauders have vanished from the land.

你必唱出这首诗歌来讽刺巴比伦王，说：“欺压人的，怎么止息了呢！强暴怎么止住了呢！

万军之耶和华说：“你们必践踏恶人；在我施行作为的日子，他们必在你们脚掌之下成为尘土。

你忘记了造你的耶和华，就是那展开诸天，奠定大地的根基的；又因那欺压者准备行毁灭的时候所发的烈怒，你就终日不住惧怕呢？其实那欺压者的烈怒在哪里呢？

因为他们所负的轭和肩头上的杖，以及欺压他们的人的棍，你都折断了，像在米甸的日子一样。

他们将倒在刀下，被掳到各国，耶路撒冷必被外族人践踏，直到外族人的日期满足。

住在底本的人民哪！要从你们荣耀的位上下来，坐在干旱的地上（“干旱的地上”原文作“干渴”），因为毁灭摩押的要上来攻击你们，摧毁你们的坚固城。

“困苦贫穷的雇工，无论是你的兄弟，或是寄居在你的地上你的城里的，你都不可欺压他。

因为宁林的众水都已荒凉，青草枯干，嫩草灭没，完全没有青绿之物。

“如果一个奴仆离开了他的主人，逃到你那里来，你不可把他送交他的主人。他要在你中间和你同住，住在他自己选择的地方，住在他喜欢的城市，你不可欺负他。

你这毁灭人，自己却不被毁灭的；你这行事诡诈，别人倒不以诡诈待你的，有祸了！你刚停止毁灭人的时候，自己就要被毁灭；你刚停止行诡诈的时候，别人就必以诡诈待你。

耶和华的手必放在这山上；但摩押人在自己的地方必受践踏，好像干草在粪坑中被践踏一样。

大卫家啊！耶和华这样说：你们每早晨应秉公审判，解救被抢夺的脱离欺压者的手；免得我的烈怒因你们（“你们”有古抄本作“他们”）的恶行发作，如火焚烧，无人能熄灭。

但圣所外面的院子，不要量它，因为它已经给了外族人，他们要践踏圣城四十二个月。

行毁灭的必来攻击一切城镇，没有一座城可以幸免；山谷必被蹂躏，平原必受破坏，正如耶和华所说的。

他们必像勇士，在战场上把仇敌践踏在街上的泥土中，他们必争战，因为耶和华与他们同在，他们必使敌方的骑士羞愧。

赐平安的神快要把撒但践踏在你们脚下。愿我们主耶稣的恩惠与你们同在。

我必在我的家四围安营，不容敌军出入往来；欺压人的不能再侵犯我的子民，因我现在亲眼看顾他们。
