There is no wisdom nor understanding Nor counsel against Jehovah.

Behold, I am against thee, O thou proud one, saith the Lord, Jehovah of hosts; for thy day is come, the time that I will visit thee.

God will not withdraw his anger; The helpers of Rahab do stoop under him.

And it shall come to pass, that as the chased roe, and as sheep that no man gathereth, they shall turn every man to his own people, and shall flee every man to his own land.Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is taken shall fall by the sword.Their infants also shall be dashed in pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be rifled, and their wives ravished.Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, who shall not regard silver, and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.And their bows shall dash the young men in pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children.

Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldeans, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or virgin, old man or hoary- headed: he gave them all into his hand.

Woe to thee that destroyest, and thou wast not destroyed; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! When thou hast ceased to destroy, thou shalt be destroyed; and when thou hast made an end of dealing treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee.

For judgment is without mercy to him that hath showed no mercy: mercy glorieth against judgment.
