The Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” He who hears, let him say,“ Come!” He who is thirsty, let him come. He who desires, let him take the water of life freely.

“ For my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the spring of living waters, and cut out cisterns for themselves: broken cisterns that can’t hold water.

“ Hey! Come, everyone who thirsts, to the waters! Come, he who has no money, buy, and eat! Yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which doesn’t satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in richness.Turn your ear, and come to me. Hear, and your soul will live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

for the Lamb who is in the middle of the throne shepherds them and leads them to springs of life- giving waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

He showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,

Jesus answered her,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you,‘ Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”The woman said to him,“ Sir, you have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. So where do you get that living water?Are you greater than our father, Jacob, who gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did his children and his livestock?”Jesus answered her,“ Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again,but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst again; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.”

They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun strike them: for he who has mercy on them will lead them. He will guide them by springs of water.

Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out,“ If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water.”But he said this about the Spirit, which those believing in him were to receive. For the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus wasn’t yet glorified.

For with you is the spring of life. In your light we will see light.

From his fullness we all received grace upon grace.

As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, his fruit was sweet to my taste.
