秉公義以鞫貧乏者、持中正以擬世之謙卑者、以口杖擊斯土、以脣氣殺惡人、

為困乏與謙遜之人聽訟、秉公行義、作惡者流、必遭箠楚、以辭氣滅之、

必秉公義審鞫貧民、循正直判斷世之謙虛人、世之謙虛人或作國中窮乏人以口中之言責世、若擊之以杖、以詞氣殺滅惡人、

but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.

He will always do what is right when he judges those who are in need. He’ll be completely fair when he makes decisions about poor people. When he commands that people be punished, it will happen. When he orders that evil people be put to death, it will take place.

but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked.

He will give justice to the poor and make fair decisions for the exploited. The earth will shake at the force of his word, and one breath from his mouth will destroy the wicked.

but he will judge the poor righteously and execute justice for the oppressed of the land. He will strike the land with a scepter from his mouth, and he will kill the wicked with a command from his lips.

He will treat the poor fairly, and make right decisions for the downtrodden of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and order the wicked to be executed.

他要使父亲的心转向儿女，儿女的心转向父亲，免得我来击打这地，以至完全毁灭。”（本章第1~6节在《马索拉文本》为3:19~24）

他们因神的气息而灭亡，因他的怒气而消灭。

主耶和华的灵在我身上，因为耶和华膏了我，叫我传福音给困苦的人；差遣我去医治伤心的人，向被掳的宣告自由，向被囚的宣告释放；

那时，这不法的人必要显露出来。主耶稣要用自己口中的气除掉他，以自己再来所显现的光辉消灭他。

因为贫穷人呼求的时候，他就搭救；没有人帮助的困苦人，他也搭救。他必怜恤软弱和贫穷的人，拯救贫穷人的性命。他要救他们脱离欺凌和强暴，他们的血在他眼中看为宝贵。

你必用铁杖击打他们，好像打碎陶器一样粉碎他们。’”

神啊！求你把你的公正赐给王，把你的公义赐给王子。（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）他要按着公义审判你的子民，凭着公正审判你的困苦人。因着公义，愿大山和小山都给人民带来和平。他必为民间的困苦人伸冤，拯救贫穷人，粉碎那欺压人的。

温柔的人有福了，因为他们必承受地土。

你们中间谁是有智慧、有见识的呢？他就应当有美好的生活，用明智的温柔，把自己的行为表现出来。

有一把利剑从他口中吐出来，他要用这剑击打列国，他必用铁杖治理他们；并且还要踹全能神烈怒的压酒池。

在那些日子、那时候，我必使大卫公义的苗裔长起来；他必在地上施行公正和公义。

不可毁谤人，要与人无争，谦恭有礼，向众人表现充分温柔的心。

看哪！必有一王凭公义执政，必有众领袖按公平治理。

神啊！你的宝座是永永远远的，你国的权杖是公平的权杖。你喜爱公义，恨恶邪恶，所以，神，就是你的神，用喜乐的油膏抹你，胜过膏抹你的同伴。

你要为不能自辩的人开口说话，为所有贫苦的人伸冤。你要开口说话，秉公审判，为困苦和穷乏的人伸冤。”

温柔、节制；这样的事，是没有律法禁止的。

困苦的必因耶和华增添喜乐；贫穷的人必因以色列的圣者而快乐。

他的政权与平安必无穷无尽地增加，他在大卫的宝座上治理他的国，以公平和公义使国坚立稳固，从现在直到永远。万军之耶和华的热心必成全这事。

因为陀斐特那烧着的火早已安排好了，是为君王预备的，又深又宽；其中所堆的，是火和许多的柴；耶和华的气像一股硫磺火，把它燃点起来。

必有一个宝座在慈爱中建立；必有一位凭信实坐在上面，就是在大卫的帐棚里；他必施行审判，寻求公平，并且迅速行公义。”

他的右手拿着七星，有一把两刃的利剑从他口中吐出来；他的脸发光好像正午的烈日。

耶和华必使你从锡安伸出能力的权杖，你要在你的仇敌中掌权。

他们肥胖光润，作尽各种坏事；他们不为人辩护，不替孤儿辨屈，使他们获益，也不为穷人伸冤。

耶和华的灵藉着我说话，他的话在我的舌头上。以色列的神说，以色列的磐石告诉我：那以公义统治人的，那存敬畏神的心施行统治的，他必像旭日升起的光芒，像无云的早晨，像雨后的晴朗，使地长出绿草。

浓烟从他的鼻孔往上冒，烈火从他的口中喷出来，连炭也烧着了。

地上所有谦卑的人，就是遵守耶和华典章的人哪！你们要寻求耶和华，你们要寻求公义，寻求谦卑。在耶和华忿怒的日子，你们或许得以隐藏起来。

扫罗仍向主的门徒发恐吓凶杀的话。他到大祭司那里，

“你们不按公义审判，偏袒恶人，要到几时呢？（细拉）你们要为贫寒的人和孤儿伸冤，为困苦和穷乏的人伸张正义。要搭救贫寒和穷困的人，救他们脱离恶人的手。”

所以，你应当悔改；如果不悔改，我就很快地来到你们那里，用我口中的剑跟他们作战。

我观看，见天开了。有一匹白马，那骑马的称为“忠信”和“真实”；他按着公义审判和作战。

“看哪！日子快到（这是耶和华的宣告），我必给大卫兴起一个公义的苗裔；他必执政为王，行事有智慧，在地上施行公正和公义。在他执政的日子，犹大必得救，以色列也必安然居住。人要称他的名字为‘耶和华我们的义’。”

我保罗与你们见面的时候是谦卑的，不在你们那里的时候，却是放胆的。现在我亲自以基督的谦逊温柔劝你们，

耶和华必审问他子民中的长老和领袖，说：“那吞尽葡萄园的，就是你们；从贫穷人那里掠夺的，都在你们家中。”

学习行善，寻求公平，指责残暴的人，替孤儿伸冤，为寡妇辨屈。”

就是瞎的可以看见，瘸的可以走路，患痲风的得到洁净，聋的可以听见，死人复活，穷人有福音听。

属你的人是有福的，你的这些臣仆是有福的，他们常常侍立在你面前，聆听你的智慧。耶和华你的神是应当称颂的！他喜悦你，使你坐在以色列的王位上；因为耶和华永远喜爱以色列，所以立你作王，要你秉行公义。”

大卫作王统治全以色列，以公平和正义对待所有的人。
