They go over the pass, and say,“ We will camp overnight at Geba.” Ramah trembles; Gibeah of Saul flees.

They have marched through the pass there. They said,“ Let’s camp for the night at Geba.” The people of Ramah tremble with fear. Those who live in Gibeah of Saul run away.

They are crossing the pass and are camping at Geba. Fear strikes the town of Ramah. All the people of Gibeah, the hometown of Saul, are running for their lives.

之后，他才回到拉玛自己的家中，也在那里审理以色列人的案件，并为耶和华筑了一座祭坛。

当时非利士的一队防兵前往密抹的隘口驻守。

雅比的使者来到扫罗的家乡基比亚，把他们的情况告诉众人，大家听了放声大哭。

从便雅悯支派的产业中分给他们的城有：基遍、迦巴、

扫罗及其儿子约拿单和随从留在便雅悯境内的迦巴，非利士人则在密抹扎营。

耶和华说：“以色列人啊，从基比亚的日子以来，你们一直不断地犯罪，从未改变。难道战祸没有临到基比亚的邪恶之辈吗？

你们败坏至极，恰如从前在基比亚的日子。耶和华必记住你们的罪恶，追讨你们的罪债。

约拿单到非利士驻军那里需要经过一个隘口，隘口两边的山峰一个叫播薛，一个叫西尼，

从以色列人中选出三千人，亲自带领其中的两千人到密抹和伯特利山，另外一千人和约拿单留在便雅悯境内的基比亚。他把其余的人遣散回家。

主人说：“我们不可在没有以色列人住的外邦城邑住宿，不如赶到基比亚。”他又说：“我们前往基比亚或拉玛住宿吧。”于是，他们继续前行，到便雅悯境内的基比亚时，天已经黑了。他们决定在那里过夜。因为没有人接待他们，他们只好在城中的广场露宿。

耶和华说：“要在基比亚吹角，在拉玛鸣号，在伯·亚文呐喊，便雅悯啊，敌人就在你身后！

亚撒其他的事迹、功业和他兴建的城邑都记在犹大的列王史上。亚撒年老的时候，患了脚疾。

基法·阿摩尼、俄弗尼、迦巴，共十二座城及其附近的乡村。还有基遍、拉玛、比录、

事后，撒母耳回到拉玛，扫罗也返回基比亚自己的家。

耶和华说：“在拉玛有痛哭哀号的声音，是拉结在为儿女哀痛，不肯接受安慰，因为他们都死了。”
