當盥手潔心、滌爾污俗、棄惡歸善、公義是行、受人虐遇者、必加援手、孤子嫠婦、必伸其冤。

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.

Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking,

And I said to him,“ Sir, you know.” So he said to me,“ These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.Therefore, putting away lying,“ Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another.“ Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath,nor give place to the devil.Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.’

Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.

Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance,

“ Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways,” says the Lord GOD.“ Repent, and turn from all your transgressions, so that iniquity will not be your ruin.Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel?

I will wash my hands in innocence; So I will go about Your altar, O Lord,

Therefore say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ Return to Me,” says the Lord of hosts,“ and I will return to you,” says the Lord of hosts.“ Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets preached, saying,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ Turn now from your evil ways and your evil deeds.”’ But they did not hear nor heed Me,” says the Lord.

They said,‘ repent now everyone of his evil way and his evil doings, and dwell in the land that the Lord has given to you and your fathers forever and ever.

O Jerusalem, wash your heart from wickedness, That you may be saved. How long shall your evil thoughts lodge within you?

“ If you would prepare your heart, And stretch out your hands toward Him;If iniquity were in your hand, and you put it far away, And would not let wickedness dwell in your tents;

Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.

Depart! Depart! Go out from there, Touch no unclean thing; Go out from the midst of her, Be clean, You who bear the vessels of the Lord.

Hate evil, love good; Establish justice in the gate. It may be that the Lord God of hosts Will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.
