彼在兄弟之中、雖為昌熾、將有東風、即主之風、來自曠野、將有東風即主之風來自曠野或作必有東風至主必使風自曠野而來使其泉竭源涸、敵必劫掠所積蓄之一切寶器、

even though he thrives among his brothers. An east wind from the Lord will come, blowing in from the desert; his spring will fail and his well dry up. His storehouse will be plundered of all its treasures.

Even though they are doing well among the other tribes, trouble will come to them. I will send a hot and dry wind from the east. It will blow in from the desert. Their springs will not have any water. Their wells will dry up. All their treasures will be taken out of their storerooms.

Though he may flourish among his brothers, the east wind, the wind of the Lord, shall come, rising from the wilderness, and his fountain shall dry up; his spring shall be parched; it shall strip his treasury of every precious thing.

Ephraim was the most fruitful of all his brothers, but the east wind— a blast from the Lord— will arise in the desert. All their flowing springs will run dry, and all their wells will disappear. Every precious thing they own will be plundered and carried away.

但在烈怒中它被拔出，摔在地上；东风吹干其果子，那坚固的枝干因折断而枯干，被火烧毁；

看哪，葡萄树虽然栽种了，岂能发旺呢？一经东风击打，岂不全然枯干了吗？它必在生长的苗圃中枯干了。”

约瑟是多结果子的树枝，是泉旁多结果的枝子；他的枝条伸出墙外。

那时，必有话对这百姓和耶路撒冷说：“来自旷野光秃高地的热风吹向我的百姓，不是为簸扬，也不是为扬净。

他给次子起名叫以法莲，因为他说：“神使我在受苦的地方兴盛。”

以法莲，他们的荣耀如鸟飞去，必不生产，不怀胎，不成孕；

风把他们卷在翅膀里，他们必因所献的祭蒙羞。

愿他的后人断绝，名字被涂去，不传于下代！

为了祖先的罪孽，要预备他子孙的屠宰场，免得他们兴起，夺得全地，使城市遍满地面。”

我要将这城中一切的货财和劳碌得来的，并一切的珍宝，以及犹大君王所有的宝物，都交在仇敌手中。仇敌要抢夺他们，抓住他们，把他们带到巴比伦去。

他父亲却不肯，说：“我知道，我儿，我知道。他也要成为一族，也要强大。可是他的弟弟将来比他还要强大；他弟弟的后裔要成为许多国家。”

下边，他的根要枯干；上边，他的枝子要剪除。

他是牛群中头生的，大有威严；他的双角是野牛的角，用以抵触万民，直到地极。这对角是以法莲的万万，这对角是玛拿西的千千。’

你们抢夺金子吧！你们抢夺银子吧！因为所积蓄的无穷，华美的宝器无数。

列邦喧闹，如同大水滔滔；但神一斥责，他们就远远躲避，他们被追赶，如同山上风前的糠秕，又如暴风前的碎秸；

恶人并不是这样，却像糠秕被风吹散。

所以，耶和华如此说：看哪，我必为你伸冤，为你报仇；我必使巴比伦的海枯竭，使它的泉源干涸。

你要簸扬它们，风要将它们吹去；旋风要刮散它们。你却要以耶和华为喜乐，因以色列的圣者夸耀。

以色列是茂盛的葡萄树，结果繁多。果子越多，就越增添祭坛；土地越肥美，就越建造美丽的柱像。

把他们的神像和铸成的偶像，与金银宝器都掳掠到埃及去。数年之内，他不去攻击北方的王。
