A sword will flash in their cities; it will devour their false prophets and put an end to their plans.

这样，他们被自己所做的污秽了，在行为上犯了邪淫。

因为坚固城变为凄凉，成了撇下离弃的居所，像旷野一样；牛犊必在那里吃草，在那里躺卧，并吃尽其中的树枝。

外头有刀剑，内室有惊恐，使人丧亡，使少男、童女、吃奶的、白发的，尽都灭绝。’

它发出枝子，长到大海，发出蔓子，延到大河。你为何拆毁这树的篱笆，任凭一切过路的人摘取？林中出来的野猪把它糟踏；野地的走兽拿它当食物。万军之神啊，求你回转！从天上垂看，眷顾这葡萄树，保护你右手所栽的和你为自己所坚固的枝子。这树已经被火焚烧，被刀砍伐；他们因你脸上的怒容就灭亡了。

“人子啊，葡萄树比别样树有什么强处？葡萄枝比众树枝有什么好处？其上可以取木料做什么工用，可以取来做钉子挂什么器皿吗？看哪，已经抛在火中当作柴烧，火既烧了两头，中间也被烧了，还有益于工用吗？完全的时候尚且不合乎什么工用，何况被火烧坏，还能合乎什么工用吗？”所以，主耶和华如此说：“众树以内的葡萄树，我怎样使它在火中当柴，也必照样待耶路撒冷的居民。我必向他们变脸；他们虽从火中出来，火却要烧灭他们。我向他们变脸的时候，你们就知道我是耶和华。

他们必吃尽你的庄稼和你的粮食，是你儿女该吃的；必吃尽你的牛羊，吃尽你的葡萄和无花果；又必用刀毁坏你所倚靠的坚固城。”

我要把你们散在列邦中；我也要拔刀追赶你们。你们的地要成为荒场；你们的城邑要变为荒凉。

对南方的树林说，要听耶和华的话。主耶和华如此说：我必使火在你中间着起，烧灭你中间的一切青树和枯树，猛烈的火焰必不熄灭。从南到北，人的脸面都被烧焦。

收割之先，花开已谢，花也成了将熟的葡萄；他必用镰刀削去嫩枝，又砍掉蔓延的枝条，

也必从你国中除灭城邑，拆毁一切的保障，

他们必将你困在你各城里，直到你所倚靠、高大坚固的城墙都被攻塌。他们必将你困在耶和华你神所赐你遍地的各城里。

万军之耶和华说：“那日临近，势如烧着的火炉，凡狂傲的和行恶的必如碎秸，在那日必被烧尽，根本枝条一无存留。

他屡次搭救他们，他们却设谋背逆，因自己的罪孽降为卑下。

因此，耶和华一日之间必从以色列中剪除头与尾，棕枝与芦苇。

耶和华说：“祸哉！这悖逆的儿女。他们同谋，却不由于我，结盟，却不由于我的灵，以致罪上加罪；

我要使你们的城邑变为荒凉，使你们的众圣所成为荒场；我也不闻你们馨香的香气。
