The Holy Spirit was showing by this that the way into the Most Holy Place had not yet been disclosed as long as the first tabernacle was still functioning.

Here is what the Holy Spirit was showing us. He was telling us that God had not yet clearly shown the way into the Most Holy Room. It would not be clearly shown as long as the first holy tent was still being used.

By this the Holy Spirit indicates that the way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing

By these regulations the Holy Spirit revealed that the entrance to the Most Holy Place was not freely open as long as the Tabernacle and the system it represented were still in use.

內帷後更有一幕曰閟帷、

古經實已逆睹天主之將使普天萬民因信成義、故預報福音於亞伯漢曰：『天下萬民、咸將蒙休於爾懷中。』

蓋歷來豫言、本非出人私智、乃古人感於聖神、而為天主之舌人耳。

爾等頑固強項、何曾心領割禮、而信奉教義。居常拂逆聖神、與爾列祖行同一轍。先知孰不為爾祖所凌辱乎？先知豫報聖者之來而爾祖殺之；今聖者已至、而爾曹又鬻而殺之矣！

且吾人之所有、非一不能體恤吾人荏弱之大司祭也。彼實身受百般磨練一如吾人第無罪耳。是故吾人儘可拓開心胸、從容自在、趨近慈恩座前、俾蒙憐恤、而獲及時之恩佑也。

故又申言之曰：『予實語爾、予即群羊之門

兄弟乎、吾人茲得藉耶穌之寶血、遵其為吾人開闢之路、而自由進入閟幄矣。此新路也、亦生路也。其所通過之帷幕、則基督之肉身也。今吾人在天主宅中、既有偌大之司祭矣；吾人之心、既已灑脫罪累矣；吾人之身、既已洗濯於潔水之中矣；則吾人尚可不以一片赤誠、沛然不疑、而親近天主乎？

彼等所見未能一致、遂散。然其未散之前、葆樂曾為一言曰：『善夫聖神藉先知意灑雅向我祖之所言也！
