他使我的口如快刀，把我藏在他手蔭之下；又使我成為磨利的箭，把我藏在他箭袋之中；

你的話一開啟就發出亮光，使愚蒙人通達。

他右手拿着七顆星，從他口中吐出一把兩刃的利劍，面貌好像烈日放光。

為此，我們也不斷地感謝神，因為你們聽見我們所傳神的道的時候，你們領受了，不以為這是人的道，而以為這確實是神的道，而且在你們信主的人當中運行着。

我不以福音為恥；這福音本是神的大能，要救一切相信的，先是猶太人，後是希臘人。

有利劍從他口中出來，用來擊打列國。他要用鐵杖管轄他們，並且要踹全能神烈怒的醡酒池。

我－耶和華是鑒察人心，考驗人肺腑的，要按各人所行的和他做事的結果報應他。」

因為我們爭戰的兵器本不是屬血氣的，而是憑着神的能力，能夠攻破堅固的營壘。我們攻破各樣的計謀，和各樣攔阻人認識神的高壘，又奪回人心來順服基督。

凡被光所照明的都顯露出來，

願他們口中稱頌神為至高，手裏有兩刃的劍，

要親近主，他是活石，雖然被人所丟棄，卻是神所揀選、所珍貴的。你們作為活石，要被建造成屬靈的殿，成為聖潔的祭司，藉着耶穌基督獻上蒙神悅納的屬靈祭物。

我坐下，我起來，你都曉得；你從遠處知道我的意念。

若個個都作先知講道，偶然有不信的或是不懂方言的人進來，就被眾人勸戒，被眾人審問，他心裏的隱情被顯露出來，就必將臉伏地，敬拜神，宣告說：「神真的是在你們中間了。」

我就是從天上降下來生命的糧；人若吃這糧，必永遠活着。我為世人的生命所賜下的糧就是我的肉。」

其餘的人被白馬騎士口中吐出來的劍殺了；所有的飛鳥都吃飽了他們的肉。

所以，你當悔改；若不悔改，我很快就到你那裏來，用我口中的劍攻擊他們。

他們禱告完了，聚會的地方震動；他們都被聖靈充滿，放膽傳講神的道。

從前引導你們、傳神的道給你們的人，你們要記念他們，效法他們的信心，回顧他們為人的結局。

我又看見一些寶座，坐在上面的有審判的權柄賜給他們。我又看見那些因為給耶穌作見證，並為神之道被斬首的人的靈魂，和沒有拜過那獸與獸像、也沒有在額上和手上打過牠印記的人的靈魂。他們都復活了，與基督一同作王一千年。

我又要殺死她的兒女，眾教會就知道，我是那察看人肺腑心腸的，我要照你們的行為報應各人。

「這比喻是這樣的：種子就是神的道。

願賜平安的神親自使你們完全成聖！願你們的靈、魂、體得蒙保守，在我們的主耶穌基督來臨的時候，完全無可指責。

勇士啊，願你腰間佩刀，大展榮耀和威嚴，

他按自己的旨意，用真理的道生了我們，使我們在他所造的萬物中成為初熟的果子。

眾人聽見這話，覺得扎心，就對彼得和其餘的使徒說：「諸位弟兄，我們該怎樣做呢？」

卻要以公義審判貧寒人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人，以口中的棍擊打全地，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。

反而把那些暗昧可恥的事棄絕了，不行詭詐，不曲解神的道，只將真理顯揚出來，好在神面前把自己推薦給各人的良心。

我們不像許多人，把神的道當商品販賣，而是由於真誠，而是受命於神，在神面前憑着基督講道。

智慧人的話語如同刺棒；這些嘉言好像釘穩的釘子，都是一個牧者所賜的。

後來卻苦似茵蔯，銳利如兩刃的劍。

耶和華必使你從錫安伸出你能力的權杖；你務要在仇敵中掌權。

但對那蒙召的，無論是猶太人、希臘人，基督總是神的大能，神的智慧。

議會的人聽了極其惱怒，想要殺他們。
