For he has come to deserve greater glory than Moses, just as the builder of a house deserves greater honor than the house itself!

基督較摩西、其分固尊、猶建家者、非家人所能比擬、

Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself.

The person who builds a house has greater honor than the house itself. In the same way, Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses.

For Jesus has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses— as much more glory as the builder of a house has more honor than the house itself.

But Jesus deserves far more glory than Moses, just as a person who builds a house deserves more praise than the house itself.

For Jesus is considered worthy of more glory than Moses, just as the builder has more honor than the house.

For He has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by just so much as the builder of the house has more honor than the house.

For this One has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He who built the house has more honor than the house.

For he hath been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by so much as he that built the house hath more honor than the house.

For Jesus is considered worthy of more glory than Moses, just as the builder has more honor than the house.

For this[ man] was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.

For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, because he who built the house has more honor than the house.

you yourselves, as living stones, are built up as a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood and to offer spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.For it says in scripture,“ Look, I lay in Zion a stone, a chosen and priceless cornerstone, and whoever believes in him will never be put to shame.”So you who believe see his value, but for those who do not believe, the stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,

Then say to him,‘ The LORD who rules over all says,“ Look– here is the man whose name is Branch, who will sprout up from his place and build the temple of the LORD.Indeed, he will build the temple of the LORD, and he will be clothed in splendor, sitting as king on his throne. We are coworkers belonging to God. You are God’s field, God’s building.

but we see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by God’s grace he would experience death on behalf of everyone.

in these last days he has spoken to us in a son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he created the world.The Son is the radiance of his glory and the representation of his essence, and he sustains all things by his powerful word, and so when he had accomplished cleansing for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.Thus he became so far better than the angels as he has inherited a name superior to theirs.

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.

He is the head of the body, the church, as well as the beginning, the firstborn from among the dead, so that he himself may become first in all things.

But Christ is faithful as a son over God’s house. We are of his house, if in fact we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope we take pride in.

“ The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundations of this temple, and his hands will complete it.” Then you will know that the LORD who rules over all has sent me to you.
