受膏的祭司要將公牛的一點兒血帶到會棚；祭司要用指頭蘸點兒血，在永恆主面前、對着帷帳彈七次。他要把一點兒血抹在會棚內永恆主面前香壇的四角上，又把所有的血都倒在會棚出入處燔祭壇腳那裏。把公牛所有的脂肪取起來，燻在祭壇上。對這公牛他是要這樣行的：他對個人解罪祭的公牛怎樣行，對這公牛也要怎樣行：祭司要為眾民行除罪禮，眾民就蒙赦免。他要把公牛搬出營外去燒，像燒頭一隻公牛一樣：這是大眾的解罪祭。

亞倫的兒子們把血遞給他，他就把指頭蘸在血裏，抹在祭壇的四角上，又把血倒在祭壇腳那裏；

受膏的祭司要取些公牛的血，帶到會棚；祭司要把指頭蘸在血裏，在永恆主面前、對着聖所的帷帳彈點兒血七次。祭司要把點兒血抹在會棚內永恆主面前香壇的四角上，又把公牛所有的血都倒在會棚的出入處燔祭壇腳那裏。

至於公牛的皮和所有的肉、連頭帶腿、以及臟腑和糞：就是整隻公牛，卻要搬出營外、潔淨的地方、倒灰的所在、在柴上用火燒牠：總要在倒灰的地方燒。

凡解罪祭牲的血若被帶進會棚、在聖所裏做除罪禮的用處，那肉都喫不得；總要用火燒。
