因着信，以诺被迁去了，使他不至于死，人也找不着他，因为神把他迁去了。原来在迁去以前，他已经得了神喜悦他的明证。

以諾有信、得不死而接於天、天主既接之、人不復見之、未接之先、已得見悅於天主之證、

伊諾被攝昇天、未嘗見死、蓋「天主攝之、人間無得而再遇、」是亦信德之效也。何則、彼於被攝之前、固已得見悅於天主之明證。

By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death:“ He could not be found, because God had taken him away.” For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.

Enoch had faith. So he was taken from this life. He didn’t die.“ He couldn’t be found, because God had taken him away.”( Genesis 5:24) Before God took him, Enoch was praised as one who pleased God.

By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God.

It was by faith that Enoch was taken up to heaven without dying—“ he disappeared, because God took him.” For before he was taken up, he was known as a person who pleased God.

以诺六十五岁的时候，生了玛土撒拉。以诺生玛土撒拉以后，和神同行三百年，并且生了其他的儿女。以诺共活了三百六十五岁。以诺和神同行，所以神把他取去，他就不在了。

他们边走边谈的时候，忽然，有火车火马把他们二人分开，以利亚就在旋风中被接往天上去了。

有哪一个人能长活不死，能救自己的性命脱离阴间的权势呢？（细拉）

我实实在在告诉你们，人若遵守我的道，必定永远不见死亡。”犹太人对他说：“现在我们知道你的确是鬼附的。亚伯拉罕死了，先知们也死了，你还说‘人若遵守我的道，必定永远不尝死味’，

没有信，就不能得到神的喜悦；因为来到神面前的人，必须信神存在，并且信他会赏赐那些寻求他的人。

他们对他说：“请看，你的仆人这里有五十个壮士；请让他们去寻找你的老师，或者耶和华的灵把他提去，丢在某一座山上，或某一处山谷里。”以利沙说：“你们不必派人去了。”他们恳求他，使他不好意思推辞，于是他说：“你们派人去吧。”他们就派出五十个人，寻觅了三天，仍然找不着。

亚当的第七世孙以诺，也曾经预言这些人说：“看，主必同他的千万圣者降临，

从各民族、各支派、各方言和各邦国中，都有人观看他们的尸首三天半，又不许人把尸首安放在坟墓里。住在地上的人为了他们的缘故，就欢喜快乐，彼此送礼，因为这两位先知曾经使他们受痛苦。过了三天半，有生命的气息从神那里来，进入他们里面，他们就站立起来，看见他们的人都非常惧怕。他们听见从天上来的大声音，对他们说：“上这里来！”他们就驾着云上了天，他们的仇敌也看见了。

因着信，我们就明白宇宙（“宇宙”或译：“诸世界”或“众世代”）是因着神的话造成的。这样，那看得见的就是从那看不见的造出来的。因着信，亚伯比该隐献上更美的祭品给神；藉着这信心，他被神称许为义人，这是神指着他的礼物所作的见证；他虽然死了，却藉着信仍然说话。

属肉体的人不能得神的喜悦。神的灵既然住在你们里面，你们就不是属于肉体，而是属于圣灵的了。如果人没有基督的灵，就不是属于基督的。

相反地，神既然考验过我们，把福音委托给我们，我们就传讲，不象是讨人欢心的，而是讨那察验我们心思的神的喜悦。

更吩咐王子耶拉篾、亚次列的儿子西莱雅和亚伯叠的儿子示利米雅，去捉拿文士巴录和耶利米先知；但耶和华把他们隐藏起来。
