微道無物。物因道生。天地萬有。資道以成。

我主我天主、尊榮權威應歸主；爾乃造化宰、萬彙之生憑爾旨。

值茲末世、乃遣其聖子以曉諭吾人。聖子者、天主所立為承受萬有之嗣、所憑以締造宇宙之道、

夫創造宇宙萬物之天主、乃天地主宰、不居人建之殿、

夫天主之大道、其所可得而知者、早已顯示於人、非有所隱也。蓋自有世以來、天主形而上之神性靈德、實可憑其所造之萬物而辨認洞見也。然則世人亦烏得而推諉乎？夫既知有天主矣乃又不以天主事之、而頌詠稱謝焉；復因鑿空蹈虛、流連忘返、以致其冥頑之心、淪於重昏。

『諸君、胡為出此、吾亦猶人、稟性與爾無異；傳爾福音、正欲使爾棄絕此等荒謬之事、而歸心於手創天地瀛海萬有之天主。
