Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said,“ Peace to you!”Then He said to Thomas,“ Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”And Thomas answered and said to Him,“ My Lord and my God!”Jesus said to him,“ Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

And when they had entered, they went up into the upper room where they were staying: Peter, James, John, and Andrew; Philip and Thomas; Bartholomew and Matthew; James the son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot; and Judas the son of James.These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.

But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.

Therefore when you come together in one place, it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper.

Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

So you also, when you see these things happening, know that it is near— at the doors!Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.

each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is.

Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers.

These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.

So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near— at the doors!Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.

Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,

Now it happened, as we went to prayer, that a certain slave girl possessed with a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling.

Therefore if the whole church comes together in one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those who are uninformed or unbelievers, will they not say that you are out of your mind?
