哈該又說：「若有人因摸死屍染了污穢，然後挨着這些物的哪一樣，這物算污穢嗎？」祭司說：「必算污穢。」

哈该又说：“若有人因摸死尸染了污秽，然后挨着这些物的哪一样，这物算污秽吗？”祭司说：“必算污秽。”

哈该又说：“若有人因摸尸体染了不洁净，然后接触任何东西，这东西就变为不洁净吗？”祭司回答说：“必不洁净。”

哈该又说：“若有人因摸尸体染了不洁净，然后接触任何东西，这东西就变为不洁净吗？”祭司回答说：“必不洁净。”

哈该又说：“如果因碰过尸体而变得不洁净的人接触这些食物，这些食物会变得不洁净吗？”祭司答道：“会变得不洁净。”

哈该又说：“人若因触着尸体而成为不洁，又触着这些东西的任何一样，这就算为不洁吗？”祭司都回答说：“要算为不洁净。”

哈該又說：「若有人因摸屍體染了不潔淨，然後接觸任何東西，這東西就變為不潔淨嗎？」祭司回答說：「必不潔淨。」

哈該又說：「若有人因摸屍體染了不潔淨，然後接觸任何東西，這東西就變為不潔淨嗎？」祭司回答說：「必不潔淨。」

哈該又說：「如果因碰過屍體而變得不潔淨的人接觸這些食物，這些食物會變得不潔淨嗎？」祭司答道：「會變得不潔淨。」

哈該又說：“人若因觸著屍體而成為不潔，又觸著這些東西的任何一樣，這就算為不潔嗎？”祭司都回答說：“要算為不潔淨。”

哈該又說：『若有因死人而不潔淨的觸着這些東西的任何一件，這東西算為不潔淨麼？』祭司回答說：『該算為不潔淨。』

哈該曰、設有人以捫尸而蒙不潔、觸此諸物、則是物成為不潔乎、祭司僉曰、必為不潔、

曰、浸假有人、因捫尸骸而蒙不潔、偶捫上所言諸物、則是物將為不潔否、祭司必曰不潔、

哈該曰、假若有人因捫屍骸而蒙不潔、後捫是諸物、是諸物或作上所言諸物則是物將為不潔否、祭司曰、不潔、

Then Haggai said,“ If a person defiled by contact with a dead body touches one of these things, does it become defiled?”“ Yes,” the priests replied,“ it becomes defiled.”

So Haggai said,“ Suppose someone is made‘ unclean’ by touching a dead body. And then they touch one of these things. Does it become‘ unclean’ too?”“ Yes,” the priests replied.“ It does.”

Then Haggai said,“ If someone who is unclean by contact with a dead body touches any of these, does it become unclean?” The priests answered and said,“ It does become unclean.”

Then Haggai asked,“ If someone becomes ceremonially unclean by touching a dead person and then touches any of these foods, will the food be defiled?” And the priests answered,“ Yes.”

Then Haggai asked,“ If someone defiled by contact with a corpse touches any of these, does it become defiled?” The priests answered,“ It becomes defiled.”

Then Haggai said,“ If one who is unclean from a corpse touches any of these things, will the latter become unclean?” And the priests answered,“ It will become unclean.”

And Haggai said,“ If one who is unclean because of a dead body touches any of these, will it be unclean?” So the priests answered and said,“ It shall be unclean.”

Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by reason of a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean.

Then Haggai asked,“ If someone defiled by contact with a corpse touches any of these, does it become defiled?” The priests answered,“ It becomes defiled.”

Then said Haggai, If[ one that is] unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean.

Then Haggai asked,“ If a person who is ritually unclean because of touching a dead body comes in contact with one of these items, will it become unclean?” The priests answered,“ It will be unclean.”

Then Haggai said,“ If one who is unclean by reason of a dead body touch any of these, will it be unclean?” The priests answered,“ It will be unclean.”

亞倫的後裔，凡長大痲瘋的，或是有漏症的，不可吃聖物，直等他潔淨了。無論誰摸那因死屍不潔淨的物，或是遺精的人，或是摸甚麼使他不潔淨的爬物，或是摸那使他不潔淨的人（不拘那人有甚麼不潔淨），摸了這些人、物的，必不潔淨到晚上；若不用水洗身，就不可吃聖物。

「你吩咐以色列人，使一切長大痲瘋的，患漏症的，並因死屍不潔淨的，都出營外去。無論男女都要使他們出到營外，免得污穢他們的營；這營是我所住的。」

有幾個人因死屍而不潔淨，不能在那日守逾越節。當日他們到摩西、亞倫面前，說：「我們雖因死屍而不潔淨，為何被阻止、不得同以色列人在所定的日期獻耶和華的供物呢？」摩西對他們說：「你們暫且等候，我可以去聽耶和華指着你們是怎樣吩咐的。」耶和華對摩西說：「你曉諭以色列人說：你們和你們後代中，若有人因死屍而不潔淨，或在遠方行路，還要向耶和華守逾越節。

「摸了人死屍的，就必七天不潔淨。那人到第三天要用這除污穢的水潔淨自己，第七天就潔淨了。他若在第三天不潔淨自己，第七天就不潔淨了。凡摸了人死屍、不潔淨自己的，就玷污了耶和華的帳幕，這人必從以色列中剪除；因為那除污穢的水沒有灑在他身上，他就為不潔淨，污穢還在他身上。「人死在帳棚裏的條例乃是這樣：凡進那帳棚的，和一切在帳棚裏的，都必七天不潔淨。凡敞口的器皿，就是沒有紮上蓋的，也是不潔淨。無論何人在田野裏摸了被刀殺的，或是屍首，或是人的骨頭，或是墳墓，就要七天不潔淨。要為這不潔淨的人拿些燒成的除罪灰放在器皿裏，倒上活水。必當有一個潔淨的人拿牛膝草蘸在這水中，把水灑在帳棚上，和一切器皿並帳棚內的眾人身上，又灑在摸了骨頭，或摸了被殺的，或摸了自死的，或摸了墳墓的那人身上。第三天和第七天，潔淨的人要灑水在不潔淨的人身上，第七天就使他成為潔淨。那人要洗衣服，用水洗澡，到晚上就潔淨了。「但那污穢而不潔淨自己的，要將他從會中剪除，因為他玷污了耶和華的聖所。除污穢的水沒有灑在他身上，他是不潔淨的。這要給你們作為永遠的定例。並且那灑除污穢水的人要洗衣服。凡摸除污穢水的，必不潔淨到晚上。不潔淨人所摸的一切物就不潔淨；摸了這物的人必不潔淨到晚上。」
