And the Lord answered me:“ Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.

永恆主回答我說：『將異象寫下來，使它清清楚楚在版上，讓讀的人雖快跑也讀得來。

耶和華謂我曰、書此啟示、昭著於版、俾人趨而能讀、

耶和華曰、以所得之默示、明書於簡、俾讀者疾趨將命、宣播四方、

主對我曰、書斯默示、明記於簡、使讀者易讀、易讀原文作迅速而讀

Then the Lord replied:“ Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.

The Lord replies,“ Write down the message I am giving you. Write it clearly on the tablets you use. Then a messenger can read it and run to announce it.

Then the Lord said to me,“ Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct message to others.

The LORD answered me: Write down this vision; clearly inscribe it on tablets so one may easily read it.

Then the Lord answered me and said,“ Write down the vision And inscribe it clearly on tablets, So that one who reads it may run.

Then the Lord answered me and said:“ Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.

And Jehovah answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run that readeth it.

The Lord answered me: Write down this vision; clearly inscribe it on tablets so one may easily read it.

And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make[ it] plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

The LORD responded:“ Write down this message! Record it legibly on tablets, so the one who announces it may read it easily.

Yahweh answered me,“ Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he who runs may read it.

And now, go, write it before them on a tablet and inscribe it in a book, that it may be for the time to come as a witness forever.

And I heard a voice from heaven saying,“ Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.”“ Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit,“ that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”

and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.Write therefore the things that you have seen, those that are and those that are to take place after this.

“ Take a scroll and write on it all the words that I have spoken to you against Israel and Judah and all the nations, from the day I spoke to you, from the days of Josiah until today.It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the disaster that I intend to do to them, so that every one may turn from his evil way, and that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.”Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah, and Baruch wrote on a scroll at the dictation of Jeremiah all the words of the Lord that he had spoken to him.

And he who was seated on the throne said,“ Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said,“ Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”And he said to me,“ It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment.The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God and he will be my son.But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

So Moses wrote this song the same day and taught it to the people of Israel.

“ Now therefore write this song and teach it to the people of Israel. Put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the people of Israel.

And you shall write on the stones all the words of this law very plainly.”

Then the Lord said to me,“ Take a large tablet and write on it in common characters,‘ Belonging to Maher-shalal-hash-baz.’

Since we have such a hope, we are very bold,

But you, Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”

Now after the king had burned the scroll with the words that Baruch wrote at Jeremiah’s dictation, the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:“ Take another scroll and write on it all the former words that were in the first scroll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah has burned.And concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah you shall say,‘ Thus says the Lord, You have burned this scroll, saying,“ Why have you written in it that the king of Babylon will certainly come and destroy this land, and will cut off from it man and beast?”Therefore thus says the Lord concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah: He shall have none to sit on the throne of David, and his dead body shall be cast out to the heat by day and the frost by night.And I will punish him and his offspring and his servants for their iniquity. I will bring upon them and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem and upon the people of Judah all the disaster that I have pronounced against them, but they would not hear.’”Then Jeremiah took another scroll and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah, who wrote on it at the dictation of Jeremiah all the words of the scroll that Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire. And many similar words were added to them.

And the angel said to me,“ Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me,“ These are the true words of God.”

Nevertheless, in church I would rather speak five words with my mind in order to instruct others, than ten thousand words in a tongue.

When she had said this, she went and called her sister Mary, saying in private,“ The Teacher is here and is calling for you.”And when she heard it, she rose quickly and went to him.
