Every living thing that moved on land perished— birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind.

Every living thing that moved on land died. The birds, the livestock and the wild animals died. All of the creatures that fill the earth also died. And so did every human being.

And all flesh died that moved on the earth, birds, livestock, beasts, all swarming creatures that swarm on the earth, and all mankind.

All the living things on earth died— birds, domestic animals, wild animals, small animals that scurry along the ground, and all the people.

Every creature perished— those that crawl on the earth, birds, livestock, wildlife, and those that swarm on the earth, as well as all mankind.

So all creatures that moved on the earth perished: birds, livestock, animals, and every swarming thing that swarms upon the earth, and all mankind;

And all flesh died that moved on the earth: birds and cattle and beasts and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, and every man.

神对挪亚说：“在我面前全人类的尽头已经来到，因为地上由于他们的缘故满了强暴。看哪，我要把他们和世界一起毁灭。

看哪，我要使洪水临到地上，消灭天下的生物，就是有生气的活物；在地上的都必定要死。

因为再过七天，我就要一连四十昼夜降雨在地上，我把所造的一切生物都从地上除灭。”

于是，耶和华后悔造人在地上，心中忧伤。耶和华说：“我要把我创造的人，从地上消灭；无论是人或牲畜，是爬行的动物或是天空的飞鸟，我都要消灭，因为我后悔造了他们。”

在他们前面有吞灭的火，在他们后面有燃烧的火焰；他们未到以前，大地像伊甸园，他们过去以后，大地成了荒凉的旷野，没有一样能逃避他们的。

因为被造的万物服在虚空之下，不是自己愿意这样，而是由于使它屈服的那一位；

你要谨守古往的道，就是恶人所行走的吗？他们未到时候，就被抓去，他们的根基被洪水冲去。他们对神说：‘离开我们吧！全能者能把我们怎么样呢？’

当时人们吃喝嫁娶，直到挪亚进入方舟的那一天，洪水来了，把他们全都灭掉。

但耶和华啊！你认识我，了解我，你察验了我对你的心意。求你把他们拉出来，好像将宰的羊一般；求你把他们分别出来，留待宰杀的日子。这地悲哀，田野的青草都枯干，要等到几时呢？由于这地居民的恶行，走兽和飞鸟都灭绝了；因为他们说：“神看不见我们的结局。”

大地全然破坏，尽都崩裂，大大震动。

因此，这地必悲哀，地上所有的居民、田野的走兽、空中的飞鸟都必衰微、枯萎，连海里的鱼也要灭亡。

“我的子民愚妄，他们连我都不认识，是无知的儿女，没有悟性；他们有智慧行恶，却没有知识行善。”我观看地，地是空虚混沌；我仰视天，天上也全然无光。我观看大山，它们尽都震动，小山也都摇来摇去。我观看，毫无人迹；空中的飞鸟也逃掉了。我观看，肥美田园变为荒野；在耶和华面前，就是在他烈怒之下，所有的城市都被拆毁。因为耶和华这样说：“全国都必荒凉，我却不尽行毁灭。

神也没有姑息上古的世界，反而使洪水临到那不敬虔的世人，只保存了传义道的挪亚一家八口。

我们知道被造的万物直到现在都一同在痛苦呻吟。

谷种在土块底下朽烂，仓库荒凉，谷仓破烂被拆毁，因为五谷都枯干了。牲畜发出哀鸣，牛群到处流荡，因为没有草场给它们，羊群也同样受苦。耶和华啊！我向你呼求，因为火吞灭了旷野的草场，火焰烧尽了田间所有的树木。田野的走兽也向你发喘，因为溪水都干涸了，火吞灭了旷野的草场。

耶和华说：“我必除灭人类、牲畜、空中飞鸟、海里的鱼。我必使恶人跌倒，我必把人类从地上剪除。

等到洪水来到，把他们冲去，他们才明白过来；人子降临的时候也是这样。

因此，大地被咒诅吞灭，地上的居民要承担惩罚。因此，地上的居民被焚烧，剩下的人很少。
