I answered,“ Sir, you know.” He said,“ They are the ones who have come out of the time of terrible suffering. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Everyone will have their own vine and fig tree. And no one will make them afraid. That’s what the Lord who rules over all has promised.

You will do that until I come back. Then I’ll take you to a land just like yours. It’s a land that has a lot of grain and fresh wine. It has plenty of bread and vineyards. It has olive trees and honey. So choose life! Don’t choose death!’“ Don’t pay any attention to Hezekiah. He’s telling you a lie when he says,‘ The Lord will save us.’

There were many people in Judah and Israel. In fact, they were as many as the grains of sand on the seashore. They ate, drank and were happy.

While Solomon was king, Judah and Israel lived in safety. They were secure from Dan all the way to Beersheba. Everyone had their own vine and their own fig tree.

“ At that time fresh wine will drip from the mountains. Milk will flow down from the hills. Water will run through all Judah’s valleys. A fountain will flow out of my temple. It will water the places where acacia trees grow.
