He blessed them that day and said,“ In your name will Israel pronounce this blessing:‘ May God make you like Ephraim and Manasseh.’” So he put Ephraim ahead of Manasseh.

So he blessed them that day, putting Ephraim before Manasseh when he said,“ The nation Israel will invoke blessings by you, saying,‘ May God make you like Ephraim and Manasseh.’”

邑門長老與眾俱曰、我儕為證、昔拉結利亞傳嗣於以色列族、願耶和華使適爾家之婦亦若是、亦願爾於以法大得其財貨、於伯利恆播其聲名。昔大馬從猶大生法勒士、以立其家、願耶和華使此婦生子、成立爾家、亦若是。

祝利百加曰、爾乃我骨肉、願爾為億兆母、汝之苗裔、可勝諸敵。○

屬以法蓮支派嫩之子阿書亞、

凡從以法蓮纛者、循其行伍遄征、亞米忽子以利沙馬統以法蓮軍。比大蓿子迦馬列統馬拿西軍。

願全能之上帝、鍚嘏於爾、使爾繁衍、為兆民祖。

西方有以法蓮之纛、及其軍旅、亞米忽子以利沙馬為以法蓮牧伯、能臨陳者、計四萬有五百。馬拿西支派從其右、比大蓿子迦馬列為牧伯、能臨陳者、計三萬二千二百。

此數人乃摩西遣之、以窺迦南者、嫩之子阿書亞、摩西易其名、為約書亞、

七日、以法蓮牧伯、亞米忽子以利沙馬獻禮物、

屬約瑟子馬拿西支派、蘇西子迦底、

八日、馬拿西牧伯比大蓿子迦馬列獻禮物、
