Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Is my father still alive?” But his brothers weren’t able to answer him. They were too afraid of him.

Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Is my father still living?” But his brothers were not able to answer him, because they were terrified at his presence.

And Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Is my father still alive?” But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed at his presence.

“ I am Joseph!” he said to his brothers.“ Is my father still alive?” But his brothers were speechless! They were stunned to realize that Joseph was standing there in front of them.

Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Is my father still living?” But they could not answer him because they were terrified in his presence.

And Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Is my father still alive?” But his brothers could not answer him, for they were terrified in his presence.

Then Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph; does my father still live?” But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed in his presence.

And Joseph said unto his brethren, I am Joseph; doth my father yet live? And his brethren could not answer him; for they were troubled at his presence.

Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Is my father still living?” But they could not answer him because they were terrified in his presence.

Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Is my father still alive?” His brothers could not answer him because they were dumbfounded before him.

Joseph said to his brothers,“ I am Joseph! Does my father still live?” His brothers couldn’t answer him; for they were terrified at his presence.

On their second visit, Joseph told his brothers who he was. Pharaoh learned about Joseph’s family.

“ Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked.“ I am Jesus,” he replied.“ I am the one you are opposing.

“ I will pour out a spirit of grace and prayer on David’s family line. I will also send it on those who live in Jerusalem. They will look to me. I am the one they have pierced. They will mourn over me as someone mourns over an only child who has died. They will be full of sorrow over me. Their sorrow will be just like someone’s sorrow over an oldest son.

They all saw him and were terrified. Right away Jesus said to them,“ Be brave! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees.“ Go away from me, Lord!” he said.“ I am a sinful man!”

Now trouble comes to you. And you are unhappy about it. It strikes you down. And you are afraid.

“ Look! He is coming with the clouds!”( Daniel 7:13)“ Every eye will see him. Even those who pierced him will see him.” All the nations of the earth“ will mourn because of him.”( Zechariah 12:10) This will really happen! Amen.

That’s why I’m so terrified. When I think about all of this, I’m afraid of him.

They saw him walking on the lake and were terrified.“ It’s a ghost!” they said. And they cried out in fear.Right away Jesus called out to them,“ Be brave! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

They were surprised and terrified. They thought they were seeing a ghost.Jesus said to them,“ Why are you troubled? Why do you have doubts in your minds?
