為君者遣人以解之、治民者令人以釋之、命之為宰以治其家、掌管一切所有、使任意約束群臣、訓誡國中之長老、

蓋父喜以諸德之豐滿、恆存於彼內、

主有言論旱乾之事、諭耶利米曰、猶大國懷憂、邑民咸憊、伏地哀慘、耶路撒冷號呼、聲聞於上、長者遣少者汲水、至井不得水、提其空器、慚愧慚愧或作惶恐下同蒙首而歸、因無雨降於地、土壤乾裂、耕者慚愧蒙首、麀產子於野而遺之、因無草故、野驢立於童山、吸氣若豺狼、豺狼或作野犬其目迷眩、因無草故、
