Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph’s finger. He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck.

Let nothing fail of all that you have spoken.”Then Haman took the clothing and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and had him ride through the city square, and proclaimed before him,“ Thus it shall be done to the man whom the king delights to honor!”Mordecai came back to the king’s gate, but Haman hurried to his house, mourning and having his head covered.

She makes linen garments and sells them, and delivers sashes to the merchant.

Your cheeks are beautiful with earrings, your neck with strings of jewels.

For Mordecai the Jew was next to King Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted by the multitude of his brothers, seeking the good of his people, and speaking peace to all his descendants.

for they will be a garland to grace your head, and chains around your neck.

Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell on his face, worshiped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an offering and sweet odors to him.The king answered to Daniel, and said,“ Of a truth your God is the God of gods, and the Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, since you have been able to reveal this secret.”

She makes for herself carpets of tapestry. Her clothing is fine linen and purple.

The first came before him, saying,‘ Lord, your mina has made ten more minas.’“ He said to him,‘ Well done, you good servant! Because you were found faithful with very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.’“ The second came, saying,‘ Your mina, Lord, has made five minas.’“ So he said to him,‘ And you are to be over five cities.’
