When he arrived there, a man from the area noticed him wandering around the countryside.“ What are you looking for?” he asked.

He asked her,“ Woman, why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?” Thinking he was the gardener, she said,“ Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him.” (niv)

Just then his disciples returned and were surprised to find him talking with a woman. But no one asked,“ What do you want?” or“ Why are you talking with her?” (niv)

Early the next morning Abraham took some food and a skin of water and gave them to Hagar. He set them on her shoulders and then sent her off with the boy. She went on her way and wandered in the Desert of Beersheba. (niv)

Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked,“ What do you want?” They said,“ Rabbi”( which means“ Teacher”),“ where are you staying?” (niv)
