Genesis 49:1-28
And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you[ that] which shall befall you in the last days.Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father.Reuben, thou[ art] my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power:Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father’s bed; then defiledst thou[ it]: he went up to my couch.Simeon and Levi[ are] brethren; instruments of cruelty[ are in] their habitations.O my soul, come not thou into their secret; unto their assembly, mine honour, be not thou united: for in their anger they slew a man, and in their selfwill they digged down a wall.Cursed[ be] their anger, for[ it was] fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel: I will divide them in Jacob, and scatter them in Israel.Judah, thou[ art he] whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand[ shall be] in the neck of thine enemies; thy father’s children shall bow down before thee.Judah[ is] a lion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him[ shall] the gathering of the people[ be].Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass’s colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:His eyes[ shall be] red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he[ shall be] for an haven of ships; and his border[ shall be] unto Zidon.Issachar[ is] a strong ass couching down between two burdens:And he saw that rest[ was] good, and the land that[ it was] pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute.Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel.Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward.I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD.Gad, a troop shall overcome him: but he shall overcome at the last.Out of Asher his bread[ shall be] fat, and he shall yield royal dainties.Naphtali[ is] a hind let loose: he giveth goodly words.Joseph[ is] a fruitful bough,[ even] a fruitful bough by a well;[ whose] branches run over the wall:The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot[ at him], and hated him:But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty[ God] of Jacob;( from thence[ is] the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)[ Even] by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.Benjamin shall ravin[ as] a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil.All these[ are] the twelve tribes of Israel: and this[ is it] that their father spake unto them, and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.

Deuteronomy 33:1-29
And this[ is] the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand[ went] a fiery law for them.Yea, he loved the people; all his saints[ are] in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet;[ every one] shall receive of thy words.Moses commanded us a law,[ even] the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people[ and] the tribes of Israel were gathered together.Let Reuben live, and not die; and let[ not] his men be few.And this[ is the blessing] of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help[ to him] from his enemies.And of Levi he said,[ Let] thy Thummim and thy Urim[ be] with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah,[ and with] whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar.Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands: smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.[ And] of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him;[ and the LORD] shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.And of Joseph he said, Blessed of the LORD[ be] his land, for the precious things of heaven, for the dew, and for the deep that coucheth beneath,And for the precious fruits[ brought forth] by the sun, and for the precious things put forth by the moon,And for the chief things of the ancient mountains, and for the precious things of the lasting hills,And for the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and[ for] the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let[ the blessing] come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him[ that was] separated from his brethren.His glory[ is like] the firstling of his bullock, and his horns[ are like] the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they[ are] the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they[ are] the thousands of Manasseh.And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents.They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck[ of] the abundance of the seas, and[ of] treasures hid in the sand.And of Gad he said, Blessed[ be] he that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head.And he provided the first part for himself, because there,[ in] a portion of the lawgiver,[ was he] seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel.And of Dan he said, Dan[ is] a lion’s whelp: he shall leap from Bashan.And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south.And of Asher he said,[ Let] Asher[ be] blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.Thy shoes[ shall be] iron and brass; and as thy days,[ so shall] thy strength[ be].[ There is] none like unto the God of Jeshurun,[ who] rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.The eternal God[ is thy] refuge, and underneath[ are] the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy[ them].Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob[ shall be] upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.Happy[ art] thou, O Israel: who[ is] like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who[ is] the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places.

and the increase thereof shall be for food unto them that serve the city.And they that serve the city shall serve it out of all the tribes of Israel.All the oblation[ shall be] five and twenty thousand by five and twenty thousand: ye shall offer the holy oblation foursquare, with the possession of the city.And the residue[ shall be] for the prince, on the one side and on the other of the holy oblation, and of the possession of the city, over against the five and twenty thousand of the oblation toward the east border, and westward over against the five and twenty thousand toward the west border, over against the portions for the prince: and it shall be the holy oblation; and the sanctuary of the house[ shall be] in the midst thereof.Moreover from the possession of the Levites, and from the possession of the city,[ being] in the midst[ of that] which is the prince’s, between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin, shall be for the prince.As for the rest of the tribes, from the east side unto the west side, Benjamin[ shall have] a[ portion].And by the border of Benjamin, from the east side unto the west side, Simeon[ shall have] a[ portion].And by the border of Simeon, from the east side unto the west side, Issachar a[ portion].And by the border of Issachar, from the east side unto the west side, Zebulun a[ portion].And by the border of Zebulun, from the east side unto the west side, Gad a[ portion].And by the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border shall be even from Tamar[ unto] the waters of strife[ in] Kadesh,[ and] to the river toward the great sea.This[ is] the land which ye shall divide by lot unto the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these[ are] their portions, saith the Lord GOD.And these[ are] the goings out of the city on the north side, four thousand and five hundred measures.And the gates of the city[ shall be] after the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates northward;
