并且一定要说：“你仆人雅各就在后面。”雅各想先用礼物去化解以扫的怨恨，或许见面时以扫会善待他。于是，他派人先把礼物送过去，自己则留在营里过夜。

你问问你的仆人就知道了。请你恩待我的部下，因为今天是好日子，求你随手赏一点东西给晚辈我和我的部下。”

雅各说：“不，你若赏脸，就请收下！我见了你的面就像见了上帝的面，因为你这样善侍我。

抬头看见三个人站在对面，就跑去迎接他们，俯伏在地，

现在，请把婢女带来的礼物分给你的部下吧。
