我本來有能力可以傷害你，但昨天晚上，你們父親的神對我說：‘你要小心，不可與雅各說甚麼。’

我手中原有能力害你，只是你父亲的神昨夜对我说：‘你要小心，不可与雅各说好说歹。’

我的手本有能力害你，只是你父亲的上帝昨夜对我说：‘你要小心，不可对雅各说好说歹。’

I have the power to harm you; but last night the God of your father said to me,‘ Be careful not to say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.’

I have the power to harm you. But last night the God of your father spoke to me. He said,‘ Be careful. Do not say anything to Jacob, whether it is good or bad.’

It is in my power to do you harm. But the God of your father spoke to me last night, saying,‘ Be careful not to say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.’

I could destroy you, but the God of your father appeared to me last night and warned me,‘ Leave Jacob alone!’

I could do you great harm, but last night the God of your father said to me,‘ Watch yourself! Don’t say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.’

但願亞伯拉罕的神、拿鶴的神，就是他們父親的神，在我們中間判斷。”雅各就指著他父親以撒所敬畏的神起誓。

如果不是我父親的神，就是亞伯拉罕的神，以撒所敬畏的神，與我同在，你現在必定打發我空手回去。但神看見了我的苦情和我手中的辛勞，所以他昨天晚上責備了你。”

耶和華站在梯子上，說：“我是耶和華你祖父亞伯拉罕的神，也是以撒的神，我要把你現在躺著的這塊地賜給你和你的後裔。

當天晚上，神在夢中來到亞蘭人拉班那裡，對他說：“你要小心，不可與雅各說甚麼。”

至於目前的事，我勸你們不要管這些人，由他們吧！因為這計劃或這行動，如果是出於人意，終必失敗；如果是出於神，你們就不能破壞他們，恐怕你們是與神作對了。”他們接受了他的勸告，

他走近坑邊的時候，就用哀痛的聲音呼叫但以理，對但以理說：“永活神的僕人但以理啊！你常常事奉的神能搭救你脫離獅子嗎？”

他說：“主啊，你是誰？”主說：“我就是你所迫害的耶穌。

約書亞對眾民說：“耶和華以色列的神這樣說：‘古時你們的列祖，就是亞伯拉罕和拿鶴的父親他拉，住在大河那邊；他們事奉別的神。我把你們的祖先亞伯拉罕，從大河那邊帶來，領他走遍迦南地，使他的後裔增多，把以撒賜給他；

尼布甲尼撒說：“沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的神是應當稱頌的，他差遣使者拯救那些倚靠他的僕人；他們違抗王的命令，寧願捨命，除了自己的神以外，不肯事奉敬拜任何其他的神。

“你們要對猶大王希西家說：‘不要讓你所信靠的神欺騙你說：耶路撒冷不會交在亞述王的手中。

彼拉多對他說：“你不對我說話嗎？你不知道我有權釋放你，也有權把你釘十字架嗎？”耶穌說：“如果不是從天上給你權柄，你就無權辦我；因此，把我交給你的那人，罪更重了。”

王對但以理說：“你們的神真是萬神之神，萬王之王，又是顯明隱祕事的，因為你能把這隱祕的事顯明出來。”

現在我下令，我所統治的全國人民都要在但以理的神面前戰兢恐懼。“他是永活的神，他永遠長存；他的國度永不滅亡，他的統治直到永遠。

勇士啊！你為甚麼以作惡自誇呢？神的慈愛是常存的。
