Laban said,“ Good! Let it be as you have said.”

“ All right,” Laban replied.“ It will be as you say.”

“ Good,” said Laban.“ Let it be as you have said.”

Laban said,“ Good, let it be according to your word.”

And Laban said,“ Oh, that it were according to your word!”

And Laban said, Behold, I would it might be according to thy word.

“ Good,” said Laban.“ Let it be as you have said.”

And Laban said, Behold, I would it might be according to thy word.

“ Agreed!” said Laban,“ It will be as you say.”

Laban said,“ Behold, let it be according to your word.”

I wish all of you were single like me. But you each have your own gift from God. One has this gift, and another has that one.

Balaam answered the donkey. He said,“ You have made me look foolish! I wish I had a sword in my hand. If I did, I’d kill you right now.”

So then, what about troublemakers who try to get others to be circumcised? I wish they would go the whole way! I wish they would cut off everything that marks them as men!

I would like all of you to speak in other languages. But I would rather have you prophesy. The person who prophesies is more helpful than those who speak in other languages. But that is not the case if someone explains what was said in the other languages. Then the whole church can be built up.
