拉班说：“我把她交给你，比交给别人更好；你就与我一起住吧。”

拉班說：「我把她給你，勝似給別人，你與我同住吧！」

拉班說：「我把她給你，勝過給別人，你與我同住吧！」

Laban said,“ It’s better that I give her to you than to some other man. Stay here with me.”

Laban said,“ It’s better for me to give her to you than to some other man. Stay here with me.”

Laban said,“ It is better that I give her to you than that I should give her to any other man; stay with me.”

Laban replied,“ Better that I give her to you than to some other man. Stay with me.”

Laban said,“ It is better that I give her to you than to give her to another man; stay with me.”

And Laban said,“ It is better that I give her to you than that I should give her to another man. Stay with me.”

And Laban said, It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man: abide with me.

Laban replied,“ Better that I give her to you than to some other man. Stay with me.”

And Laban said,[ It is] better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man: abide with me.

Laban replied,“ I’d rather give her to you than to another man. Stay with me.”

Laban said,“ It is better that I give her to you, than that I should give her to another man. Stay with me.”

Then I said,“ Lord, how long will this go on?” And he replied,“ Until their towns are empty, their houses are deserted, and the whole country is a wasteland;

Then I said,“ It’s all over! I am doomed, for I am a sinful man. I have filthy lips, and I live among a people with filthy lips. Yet I have seen the King, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.”

Neighbors lie to each other, speaking with flattering lips and deceitful hearts.
