Go at once to Paddan Aram, to the house of your mother’s father Bethuel. Take a wife for yourself there, from among the daughters of Laban, your mother’s brother.

Go at once to Paddan Aram. Go to the house of your mother’s father Bethuel. Find a wife for yourself there. Take her from among the daughters of your mother’s brother Laban.

Arise, go to Paddan-aram to the house of Bethuel your mother’s father, and take as your wife from there one of the daughters of Laban your mother’s brother.

and Isaac was forty years old when he married Rebekah daughter of Bethuel the Aramean from Paddan Aram and sister of Laban the Aramean. (niv)

Jacob fled to the country of Aram; Israel served to get a wife, and to pay for her he tended sheep. (niv)

These were the sons Leah bore to Jacob in Paddan Aram, besides his daughter Dinah. These sons and daughters of his were thirty-three in all. (niv)

Then Isaac sent Jacob on his way, and he went to Paddan Aram, to Laban son of Bethuel the Aramean, the brother of Rebekah, who was the mother of Jacob and Esau. (niv)

Some time later Abraham was told,“ Milkah is also a mother; she has borne sons to your brother Nahor:Uz the firstborn, Buz his brother, Kemuel( the father of Aram),Kesed, Hazo, Pildash, Jidlaph and Bethuel.”Bethuel became the father of Rebekah. Milkah bore these eight sons to Abraham’s brother Nahor. (niv)

Now Rebekah had a brother named Laban, and he hurried out to the man at the spring. (niv)

and he drove all his livestock ahead of him, along with all the goods he had accumulated in Paddan Aram, to go to his father Isaac in the land of Canaan. (niv)

Before he had finished praying, Rebekah came out with her jar on her shoulder. She was the daughter of Bethuel son of Milkah, who was the wife of Abraham’s brother Nahor.The woman was very beautiful, a virgin; no man had ever slept with her. She went down to the spring, filled her jar and came up again.The servant hurried to meet her and said,“ Please give me a little water from your jar.”“ Drink, my lord,” she said, and quickly lowered the jar to her hands and gave him a drink.After she had given him a drink, she said,“ I’ll draw water for your camels too, until they have had enough to drink.”So she quickly emptied her jar into the trough, ran back to the well to draw more water, and drew enough for all his camels.Without saying a word, the man watched her closely to learn whether or not the Lord had made his journey successful.When the camels had finished drinking, the man took out a gold nose ring weighing a beka and two gold bracelets weighing ten shekels.Then he asked,“ Whose daughter are you? Please tell me, is there room in your father’s house for us to spend the night?”She answered him,“ I am the daughter of Bethuel, the son that Milkah bore to Nahor.” (niv)

Then the servant left, taking with him ten of his master’s camels loaded with all kinds of good things from his master. He set out for Aram Naharaim and made his way to the town of Nahor. (niv)

Then Jacob continued on his journey and came to the land of the eastern peoples. (niv)
