他就害怕起来，说：“这地方真可畏！这里一定是神的殿，天的门。”

就惧怕，说：“这地方何等可畏！这不是别的，乃是神的殿，也是天的门。”

就起了敬畏的心、說：『這地方何等可畏啊！這不是別的；這就是上帝的殿！這就是天門！』

乃懼、曰、此地何其可畏、非他、乃上帝之室、天之門也、○

乃悚然曰、此非上帝之殿、天之闕乎、敢弗寅畏。

乃惶懼曰、此處何其可畏、此非天主之殿、天之門乎、

He was afraid and said,“ How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.”

Jacob was afraid. He said,“ How holy this place is! This must be the house of God. This is the gate of heaven.”

And he was afraid and said,“ How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.”

But he was also afraid and said,“ What an awesome place this is! It is none other than the house of God, the very gateway to heaven!”

He was afraid and said,“ What an awesome place this is! This is none other than the house of God. This is the gate of heaven.”

And he was afraid and said,“ How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!”

就算我耽延了，你也可以知道在神的家里应该怎样行事。这家是永生神的教会，是真理的柱石和根基。

这时候，主的一位天使站在他们旁边，主的荣光四面照射他们，他们就大为惊恐。

因为时候到了，审判要从神的家开始。如果先从我们开始，那么，那些不肯信从神福音的人会有什么样的结局呢？

我立作柱子的这块石头将成为神的殿；凡你所赐给我的，我必把十分之一献给你。”

你去神的殿时，要谨慎脚步；近前听，胜过像愚昧人那样献上祭物，因为愚昧人不知道自己在作恶。

神对雅各说：“起来，上伯特利去，住在那里；你要在那里造一座祭坛给神——他是你逃避你哥哥以扫的时候曾向你显现的那一位。”雅各就对他的家人以及所有与他在一起的人说：“你们要除掉你们中间的外邦神像，并要洁净自己，更换你们的衣服。让我们起来，上伯特利去，在那里我要造一座祭坛给神；他就是在我患难的日子回应我，在我所行的路上与我同行的那一位。”于是他们把自己手中所有的外邦神像和自己耳朵上的环子都交给雅各；雅各把它们埋藏在示剑附近的橡树底下。然后他们起程了。神使周围城邑的人都感到恐惧，因此他们就不追赶雅各的儿子们。这样雅各和所有与他一起的民众，来到迦南地的路斯，就是伯特利。他在那里筑了一座祭坛，称那地方为伊利-伯特利，因为他逃避他哥哥的时候，神曾在那里向他显现。莉白加的乳母底波拉死了，埋葬在伯特利下边的橡树底下，所以雅各给那棵树起名为亚伦-巴古。自雅各从巴旦-亚兰回来后，神再次向他显现，祝福了他。神对他说：“你的名字是雅各，但今后不要再叫雅各了，你的名字要叫以色列。”这样，神就给他起名为以色列。神又对他说：“我是全能的神；你要繁衍增多；必有一国和众邦之国从你而来，众君王也必从你生出。我所赐给亚伯拉罕和以撒的地，我必赐给你；我也要把这地赐给你的后裔。”然后神就从那与雅各说话的地方上升而去，离开了他。

我一看见他，就仆倒在他的脚前，像死人那样。他把右手放在我身上，说：“不要怕！我就是首先的，是末后的，

人们就出来，要看所发生的事，他们来到耶稣那里，看见鬼魔所离开的那人，穿着衣服，神志清醒地坐在耶稣脚前，他们就惧怕起来。

既然我们有一位伟大的祭司管理神的家，

门徒们听见了，就把脸伏在地上，极其惧怕。
