願全能之上帝、鍚嘏於爾、使爾繁衍、為兆民祖。以亞伯拉罕之嘏錫爾、爰及苗裔、昔上帝以斯土錫亞伯拉罕、而爾旅之、今願與爾為業。

勿與不信者耦、蓋義與不義、何侶之有、光與暗、何交之有、基督與彼列、何契之有、信與不信、何類之有、上帝之殿、木偶之像、何同之有、夫爾固永生上帝之殿也、上帝曰吾將居其內、遊其間、吾為彼上帝、彼為我民、

以掃四十歲時、娶赫人別哩之女猶滴、與赫人以倫之女巴實抹為室、由是以撒與利百加常為二婦憂心悄悄矣。

昔摩西在巴山地、賜業與馬拿西支派之半、尚有支派之半、約書亞賜業與之於同儕中、在約但西。約但東得業者、約書亞遣之歸幕、爰為祝嘏。

遂前吻父、父聞其衣馨香、祝曰耶和華錫嘏於田、使之馨香、吾子之馨香亦若是、願上帝賜爾天降甘露、地常肥美、穀與酒、既豐且盛。願兆民服役爾側、列國拜跪爾前、兄弟以爾為主、同母者無不稽首、詛爾者必見詛、祝爾者必見祝。○以撒祝竟、雅各遂出、適其兄以掃田而歸。亦作嘉肴、進於父曰、請父起、食我所獲野獸之肉、祝嘏於我。以撒問曰、爾為誰、曰、長子以掃、以撒戰慄不勝、曰、爾未至、誰作嘉肴進我、我已食之、為彼祝嘏、彼必恆蒙其福。

為約瑟二子祝嘏、曰、昔我祖父亞伯拉罕以撒所崇事之上帝、我生及今牧我之上帝、

爾曹與我儕、可相嫁娶、爾女可與我、我女任爾娶。

主令我誓云、我居迦南、其地之女、勿妻吾子。

此皆以色列十二支派、其父為之祝嘏、各依其祚、而禱其福。

如是我儕以女嫁爾、亦娶爾女、彼此共居、同一民族。

事上帝之人摩西、其未沒時為以色列族祝嘏、

勿與居民立約、恐彼狥欲、從其上帝而獻祭、遂招爾曹共食祭物。恐爾取其女為媳、其女狥欲從其上帝、以惑爾子亦狥欲以從。

獲取野獸、以作嘉肴、我所嗜者、進以食我、及我尚存、為爾祝嘏。
