the oath that He swore to our father Abraham. He has given us the privilege,

the covenant He made with Abraham, swore to Isaac,

For when God made a promise to Abraham, since He had no one greater to swear by, He swore by Himself:I will indeed bless you, and I will greatly multiply you.

For by Myself I have sworn”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ Bozrah will become a desolation, a disgrace, a ruin, and a curse, and all her cities will become ruins forever.”

I will make you into a great nation, I will bless you, I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.

For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants that he would inherit the world was not through the law, but through the righteousness that comes by faith.If those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made empty and the promise is canceled.

The Lord of Hosts has sworn by Himself: I will fill you up with men as with locusts, and they will sing the victory song over you.
