And Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

撒拉心里暗笑，说：“我既已衰败，我主也老迈，岂能有这喜事呢？”

撒拉心里窃笑，说：“我已衰老，我的主也老了，怎能有这喜事呢？”

撒拉心里窃笑，说：“我已衰老，我的主也老了，怎能有这喜事呢？”

撒拉暗自发笑，心想：“我已经这么老了，还会有这种福气吗？况且我的丈夫也很老了。”

撒拉心里暗笑，说：“现在我已经衰老了，我的丈夫也老了，我还有房事的乐趣吗？”

撒拉暗笑，心里说：“我已经衰老，我的丈夫也老了，我还能有这等快乐吗？”

撒拉心裏暗笑，說：「我既已衰敗，我主也老邁，豈能有這喜事呢？」

撒拉心裏竊笑，說：「我已衰老，我的主也老了，怎能有這喜事呢？」

撒拉心裏竊笑，說：「我已衰老，我的主也老了，怎能有這喜事呢？」

撒拉暗自發笑，心想：「我已經這麼老了，還會有這種福氣嗎？況且我的丈夫也很老了。」

撒拉心裡暗笑，說：“現在我已經衰老了，我的丈夫也老了，我還有房事的樂趣嗎？”

撒拉肚子裏暗笑着說：『我已經衰敗，我的丈夫也老邁，哪裏還能有婚媾的樂趣呢？』

撒拉暗笑，心裡說：「我已經衰老，我的丈夫也老了，我還能有這等快樂嗎？」

竊哂曰、我老矣、吾主亦然、庸有喜乎、

故竊哂曰、我老矣、我主亦然、豈復有生子之樂乎。

撒拉竊哂云、我已衰矣、我主亦老、豈復有生子之樂乎、

So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought,“ After I am worn out and my lord is old, will I now have this pleasure?”

So she laughed to herself. She thought,“ I’m worn out, and my husband is old. Can I really know the joy of having a baby?”

So Sarah laughed to herself, saying,“ After I am worn out, and my lord is old, shall I have pleasure?”

So she laughed silently to herself and said,“ How could a worn out woman like me enjoy such pleasure, especially when my master— my husband— is also so old?”

So she laughed to herself:“ After I am worn out and my lord is old, will I have delight?”

So Sarah laughed to herself, saying,“ After I have become old, am I to have pleasure, my lord being old also?”

Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying,“ After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my Lord being old also?”

So she laughed to herself:“ After I have become shriveled up and my lord is old, will I have delight?”

Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

So Sarah laughed to herself, thinking,“ After I am worn out will I have pleasure, especially when my husband is old too?”

Sarah laughed within herself, saying,“ After I have grown old will I have pleasure, my lord being old also?”

as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose children ye now are, if ye do well, and are not put in fear by any terror.

Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is a hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?

And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and I was sent to speak unto thee, and to bring thee these good tidings.And behold, thou shalt be silent and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall come to pass, because thou believedst not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.

And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh; every one that heareth will laugh with me.And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should give children suck? for I have borne him a son in his old age.

And Mary said unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Most High shall overshadow thee: wherefore also the holy thing which is begotten shall be called the Son of God.

And Jehovah said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, who am old?

Then was our mouth filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing: Then said they among the nations, Jehovah hath done great things for them.

By faith even Sarah herself received power to conceive seed when she was past age, since she counted him faithful who had promised:wherefore also there sprang of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of heaven in multitude, and as the sand, which is by the sea- shore, innumerable.

Nevertheless do ye also severally love each one his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she fear her husband.
